I loved it when I first moved in, Lisa was absolutely amazing (and still is) and she truly deserves so much credit for the kindness and happiness she spreads among the complex. While I only met Patrick briefly- he was also very kind and helpful! The pool was open 24 hours, same with the gym- which I loved as I'm a night owl. The complex was beautiful and the apartments are sleek. I loved the valet trash as well- especially living on floor 3! Now, my experience living here after a year is a bit different. I'll touch on some pros and cons (some pros and cons will be the same but with different reasons listed). Pros: -Quiet neighborhood, very little noise except from pool area on Fri/Sat nights (I live right by the pool and closing my doors and windows usually keeps the sound out) -Close to highway, gas stations, and stores -Neighbors are usually kind, although they don't speak to you much- I've only had one neighbor treat me negatively and they've since moved out -Apartments are beautiful and well made. Not cheap. Nothings broken so far! -Lisa is still amazing ! -Very pet friendly and I'm a veterinarian assistant so I appreciate that. While I only have a cat- there's many amenities for dogs available at this complex. -Management and staff don't tend to "bother" you very much. I've had landlords that were super overbearing so this was nice. -Lots of fun things to do within the complex. Golf, dog park, ping pong, table soccer, etc. -Gated -Great prices (although I am from an extremely expensive state)- but for the quality of these apartments I feel the rent is perfect. Cons: -Police are here frequently. I'm talking once every three weeks to a month. If it's not police, it's fire trucks/EMT's (which are usually here weekly). I'm not really sure what could be going on for emergency services to be here so often. -I received a notice to evict letter (on my birthday lol), because I hadn't paid my rent 6 days into the month. They didn't end up evicting me as I paid it immediately- but it did shock me a bit. I've never paid rent late before and I thought the eviction notice was a bit much. They could have called or asked me to speak to them in the office or even said something to me in person before immediately threatening to evict me on my birthday. I didn't even realize I hadn't paid yet. -Complex smells like weed at night. As a fellow weed smoker, I get it's annoying to leave the complex to smoke, but also as someone with kids and basic respect for others- it's not that hard to walk a block or two away to smoke. -Amazon packages go missing. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of Amazon packages that have gone missing or were delivered to the wrong locker. This isn't the fault of the complex- but it is super annoying and inconvenient. I've also had neighbors packages delivered to me on 4 different occasions- both of which lived across the entire complex. -While valet trash is nice, I often find my trash cans knocked over carelessly after they come. -Lots of trash littered around the complex. Again, this isn't the fault of the property- it's the residents job to keep their community clean. -Pool is rarely open anymore. And I don't believe it's open after hours anymore. -Gym lacks machinery and some machines have been broken a few times. The gym also has fully glass walls so everyone can see you working out. While I'm still deciding whether or not to renew my lease another year, I've overall had a good experience here. I've managed to move my friend into an apartment unit with Acero on Roosevelt as well and he seems to like it here. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The biggest issue was the constant noise. Our neighbors were frequently fighting, slamming doors, and being disruptive at all hours. We reported this to the leasing office multiple times, but nothing was done beyond basic warnings, and the behavior never improved. Maintenance was also very frustrating to deal with. Requests would be submitted, but there was little to no communication about when someone would come or what the status was. Most of the time, you wouldn't hear anything until the day they showed up, which made it hard to plan around. The cleanliness of the property was another major problem. There was often pet waste left around the buildings, and the dog park was especially bad. Trash in that area wasn't consistently taken out, leading to strong, unpleasant odors. I also had a very concerning experience involving someone connected to the leasing manager, Esther. After our car was hit, we found out the person responsible did not have insurance and still attempted to shift the blame onto us, which added a lot of unnecessary stress. Lastly, don't expect to get your full deposit back. We were charged for cleaning and carpet fees regardless, which felt excessive. Overall, while the view was nice, the ongoing issues with noise, maintenance, cleanliness, and management made this a disappointing place to live. I would not recommend it.

Worst property and management people ever…read more Iived here 1 year only. -Sidewalks full of bird crap all over. -outside windows full of webs and bird crap. -Stairwell, stairs, and door entrances full of dust, cobwebs, bird crap, dead bugs etc. -leaves everywhere (they will blow into your balcony every time) - rude and harassing office employees Whole time living there this Yajayra lady in office who live on property tried to harass me all kinds of ways to the point I had to lawyer up and initiate the press of charges against her. She's currently under investigation by a local law enforcement agency for harassing and summoning incoherent fines and sending threatening intimidating baseless letters trying to fine you for something stupid. Watch out if she don't like you you'll be having a hard time. I can't disclose my name due to the ongoing investigation but if you want to find out more about it, you can look up her name online.

The management will not communicate with you but they'll deflect to an attorney who will bully you and tell you your argument has no merit despite using Arizonas tenant/landlord laws. A compliant was filed with Arizona Attorney General. Find an attorney to deal with these people.

So if you want a state of the art workout facility, beautiful apartment with washer and drying machines and hard wood floors, this is the perfect place to live. The shopping mall is right down the street along with several grocery stores, eateries and a host of other businesses that offer free parking you will feel right at home. Some units offer real fireplaces inside with remote control for your enjoyment. The property is located on a bus line, close to I-10 and the 101 freeways. If you love coffee shops then you'll love Star Bucks, Dunkin Donuts and our newest addition Dutch Brothers coffee shop. The eateries close by are too many to list here, but you will find an excellent selection of local restaurants to choose from. The elementary and middle schools are in close proximity to the apartment complex. I love it here and I hope that you decide to move here and love it as much as I do. They are always so helpful and quick to respond to work orders. Ron the maintenance guy was always a humorous delight. If I ever move back to Phoenix I would 100% live here again. The only complaint I ever had here was that the hot tub isn't got enough and the pool was never heated during the winter months. Other than that I have no complaints at all about this place.
