We knew what we wanted ahead time and they just happened to have it in stock. We were met with a smiley glad hand who proceeded to tell us what we needed to put down and why we didn't need to put down as much as we originally wanted to, so be it. Every customer that called in while we talked to this "gentleman", This man, would roll his eyes and just mock and blow off having something smart to say while dismissing them getting back to us. Between talking about the "crackheads" in the hotel next door to their dealership while making the deal we were telling him we had come all the way from Odessa to look at the unit and one of our major concerns would be servicing the unit. The "gentleman" assured us they were just about to open a branch around the Odessa/Midland area and it wouldn't be a issue at all. It was a huge one, one the wasn't going to be apparent until about two weeks after t was dropped off at the Midland location which was either to busy to call or it hadn't crossed their minds to call me, I got both answers. It turns out there is another dealer in this area that sells this brand of rv here in the Odessa/Midland area so they cannot do the warranty work there as promised but if I haul it after waiting two weeks without anyone calling they would accommodate us. No thank you. By this time I had enough it wasn't enough that it looked like people had been just rummaging through my personal belongings while sitting on their lot for apparently nothing. I called politely several times and asked to have the owners call me not for any chew out session but I would want to know. It gets worse though I ended up calling the manufacturer of the unit to talk about the defects on the brand new unit and the places I could take it to get it worked on since the very reason we bought it was to make some memories with someone who's time on this planet is very limited at this point. This being said I sent this list to the same gentleman that sold us the unit and told him the mistakes he made in telling us his new location would help us and that I had spoken to the manufacturer and half of the items on the list should have been taken care of by the dealer before delivery my only problem was this was sent over text because I couldn't get this man to answer his phone. His response was even though he didn't know my wife was going to answer my phone was to chew her up one side and down the other I tried calmly several times again and again to get the owners to call me as to not Disparage anyone's company unfairly but this is where we are I asked politely many times to not be ignored by management that I feel would just cover for bad actors that have been with the company probably too long

Upon arrival to get the trailer the guys bringing it out to up jackknifed it in the parking lot blowing one tire and screwed up the other 3, don't worry I figured they'd try to at least off to help with the replacement of the tires to help pay for said mistake right?? Nope had to go spend ANOTHER 1200$ out of my pocket for 4 brand new tires on top of 2 new air conditioners. Definitely WON'T be coming back to this place ever again, didn't even offer to help.

This park is in Sonora, Texas, right off of IH-10. This is exactly halfway between San Antonio and…read moreMarathon, TX (gateway to Big Bend National Park). It abuts a city/county park. There is no on-site management for the park. You pull in, select a spot, and then go across the street to the Super 8 Hotel to pay ($50 per night) whereupon they give you the key to unlock your power box. Positives: level concrete pads, new (or very recent) power pedestals, with stable power, good water pressure, sewer dump at each site, a bath house with two full baths with showers, and some coin operated laundry machines. There are no picnic tables at the sites. The park is very well lit at night. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, donut/kolache shop across street, gas stations with easy access are nearby, and a grocery store is down the street if you need to provision up before you depart. We were in site 219 which backed up to the bathhouse, and the WiFi was great, good enough to stream the football game. They appear to have cable hook ups at each site, but we did not try it out for one night. Negatives: The park is VERY well lit at night. This is not a "dark sky" park. The lighting is like an airport runway. Draw your shades or risk sunburn. I knocked off one star mainly because of the price. This is an "overnight stop", and should be perhaps $35-$40 per night. $10 is not going to break me, but come on guys. Reservations are not needed, the park is pretty large, and not full at all. There appeared to be two full time residents there (one a DPS trooper), and all other sites are open. Recommended for what it is: a safe overnight stop within 5 minutes of IH-10 with no unhitching required.

They proudly put a sanitation sign on their bathroom but that has to be the nastiest bathroom I have ever seen at a hotel. The room felt like a jail cell with the cinder blocks, limited lighting, and disgusting beds. Their beds had no fitted sheet but instead had a flat sheet wrapped around it. Pillows were flat and overused. When asked to receive a refund after wanting to check out less than 20 mins of being there, we were told we had to deal with Expedia. We did the book now, pay later because we wanted to see if we can get my military discount as well. We contacted Expedia. They could not issue the refund but said the hotel had to. When contacting the hotel with that information they then continued to refuse to issue a refund because the beds were used. They absolutely were not. They were being cheap. DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY.

My husband and I pulled into the campground for the evening for a single night stay. This park is not for a traveler. This park appears to have "lifers" only. The grounds are not kept up, the sites are hard to interpret, (it appeared someone was in our space and had been for some time) and the place is old and run down. (campers and all) I did not feel safe parking here. Fortunately, I was able to find us a place a few miles away. I would like to add that the park did not contact me when I did not show up.

This RV park is nestled right across the river from Garner State Park. Of most places on the river,…read morethe water stays deep enough all year round because there is a small dam that keeps the water level up. What is great about the location is you are a very small walk down to the river bank, but way up high on the cliff to get a great view of the area. When the sun gets past 7pm, the oak trees give a lot of shade for the dinner hour. You are also near Old Baldy trailhead if you want to do a quick climb up the tallest peak there. Parkview has all of the amenities like a general store, full service bathrooms that are kept clean, and daily trash pickup. The wifi is pretty unreliable but does work with a delay like satellite internet. If you have AT&T for cellular service, you will be fine in the Concan area. Everyone else will suffer the total disconnect from the virtual world, which you were hoping to get away from, right? I usually go during Father's day week which seems to be a very busy time. It's hard to get a reserved spot during peak times, so be sure to ask to get on a waiting list.
