She explained their no-pressure orthodontic consultation and found an appointment time that worked great for my family and I. Natalia and the entire front office (special shout-out to Melissa too!) have always been kind and helpful. We had a great consult with Dr. Dale. He was so thorough in his exam and recommendations, with a warmth that we had never experienced before. We are so grateful, as our daughter (and we, her parents) were instantly put at ease. We immediately wanted to become his patients and plan to be for many, many years! Becky assisted us regarding orthodontic cost and payment options. She is SPECTACULAR.
