If you are looking for fantastic orthodontic care for your children, yourself or a family member, I cannot recommend Son & Daughters Orthodontics enough! The building itself is in a prime location and decorated so cute! It's a very welcoming office and the staff is incredibly friendly. We took my son to a different place for his care that was no where near the care we have received here and we are beyond pleased with the overall experience. Dr. Lee is the best! Definitely the place to come! Best in Riverside and they have an Orange County location!

Highly recommend. My three children have braces and are under treatment with Sons & Daughters. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They are excellent with children and have the friendliest staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We always feel welcome and as if we are with family during our visits.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My two youngest kids' teeth were about to start rotting by the adult teeth and overcrowding. Sons & Daughters have not only made their smiles pretty, but saved them from losing teeth and/or having to go through surgery later. My oldest is on Invisalign. Staff and doctors are just as careful, caring and supportive, even though the visits are less frequent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everything with Sons & Daughters has been easy to understand and navigate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Braces are no fun, but the staff and Dr. Nguyen are very helpful, knowledgeable, nice and supportive.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I recommend them to everyone!!

What a wonderful time! I got the times wrong but Maribel worked it out. We were able to see both Dr Lee for Ortho and Dr. Ray for dentistry. Helped by Melissa and Marcia who also did a wonderful job. Will come again. Customer service was amazing. Lastly Jessica was consistent in scheduling and Ashley helped to be patient with my many questions. Great team!

This place is money hungry. They did a horrible job since day one. First day of braces brackets all broke. They don't care about discomfort either. My daughter began her treatment in August and ever since our initial appointment with Maureen, we have received nothing but exceptional service.. Maureen went over treatment options in a detailed professional manner. My daughter and I instantly knew that this place was it. I went to 3 other places prior to coming here, their prices are reasonable plus they offer many discounts depending on which pertain to you. They offer traditional braces, Invisalign & lightforce braces. Compare to the other orthos we had consultations with, Riverside Orthodontist was the only one with newer equipment and technology. Their receptionists are always so polite and friendly in person & over the phone. The ortho team in the back are also always so friendly, they've always made my daughter feel comfortable. Would truly recommend this place. ( They have the coolest waiting room area) read more

We were referred for my daughters braces to this office. The staff is friendly and helpful and our appointments are always timely. They have a cool rewards program to keep kids engaged in the process of having and keeping their braces. Their prices are reasonable compared to what we paid for our oldest daughter somewhere else. Been coming here for a while, they were able to correct my daughters underbite and did an amazing job. We are still working on our end to make final corrections but so far everything has come out really well. The area is very clean and the people here are really kind. One good thing kids have an overhead television so they remain distracted while they get work done. I highly recommend coming here with your kiddos read more

Dr. Sam Lee is one of the best orthodontists out there! My 12 year old daughter began her braces journey about 3 years ago from another popular orthodontist in the area but he took off her braces abruptly after a year because he found that her roots were too short. Then we had to just wait and see so my daughter was feeling very self-conscious about her crooked teeth and refusing to smile with her teeth showing. It was heartbreaking. Then we found Dr. Sam Lee who recommended another route that puts less pressure on her teeth and now she's getting the treatment she needs and on her way to straight teeth! We love Dr. Lee's enthusiasm, fun positive demeanor, friendly nature and just his vibrant personality. My daughter loves going to the orthodontist now! This office is beautifully decorated in movie theatre theme and they always go out of the way for kids, such as allowing them to collect stamps for positive behavior (i.e. being there on time, following after care instructions) to earn gift cards. This is really an orthodontist that cares for its patients and it shows inside and out. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff for being a part of my daughter's braces journey. Established in 2014.

Riverside Orthodontics is the Orthodontic arm of Just for Kids Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Rick Nichols,created the original location in Redlands, and then branched out to Riverside. Now Dr. Sam Lee & Dr. Trang Nguyen (Orthodontists) work alongside the amazing duo of pediatric dentists, Dr. Rick Nichols & Dr. Ray Wang from Just for Kids Pediatric Dentistry to provide the most advanced, specialized orthodontic and dental needs of children and adults in the Riverside area.

I have been a dental patient in the past from 2021-2023 in the chino office . The chino office has…read moresince closed and I needed to be seen to check my permanent retainer in the Colton office. Unfortunately,on two bottom teeth the glue or bonding material wore off so the wire was not fixed to those teeth. Fortunately, today 360 orthodontics took good care of me. They just added the glue/ bonding material I was in the treatment chair no more than 10 minutes and I was not charged since they didn't need to replace the whole fixed retainer on the bottom. Constantly changing staff, misleading "$2k braces" marketing, and treatment that drags on forever because they only schedule appointments every three months. Its a circus in there! After over three years, my bite and teeth were still wrong. I asked the orthodontist how much longer and she would say "3 more months" then "5 more", she was not being honest. Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.

Biggest red flag was when the doctor said he couldn't see on the x-ray if I had a cavity underneath my crown so he wanted to take off my perfectly good crown and disinfect the tooth. He said after 5 years a crown should be getting redone which isn't true at all. They were charging me 1,322 just for this procedure. Next, they were trying to convince me to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed. They said because it was creating a space which was collecting too much bacteria. They never asked if my wisdom teeth were bothering me, which they don't, and they were not even impacted. Very convenient for them that they were referring me to their sister office (smile builder) for the evaluation and extraction. Another high price procedure in addition to the 2k. Finally, they told me I had two small cavities and already scheduled me to get the fillings. That was 135. I told a family member who works in a dental office about all these procedures and she told me that was not normal and to get a second opinion. I went to a different dental office and the only procedure they agreed I needed was a deep clean. The crown was not even infected, it was just gum swelling and tartar buildup on a different tooth. The cavities and all my other dental issues would improve just with a deep clean and regular maintenance.

Amazing, highly recommend. From our initial consultation with Maureen who reviewed our various options, including insurance and different overall financial commitments, to the technological advancements that the office uses we were impressed with the customer service, attention, and quality of products. We opted for the new lightforce braces, the office has the #1 orthodontist in California that does them. We had a few appointments to prepare for the installation of the lightforce braces. Our appt was 4/25/2024 with Nancy who took such great care of our daughter, showing videos, making sure she was comfortable, and the long appointment seem seamless. Dr. Smiley installed the devices and didn't want to force an instrument so we had to get new measurements. So yes, only negative thing and not negative is that we had to do new measurements to ensure the device fit properly (we appreciate it). All staff has been great, Ashley who we also have had at appts is kind, knowledgeable, gives pointers, and great service. My child loves the staff and their stamp incentive program. read more

I was initially wary (and a little terrified) about getting braces as an adult, but I am so glad to have found this place!! I'm currently doing Invisalign, and the entire process- from the consultation to the actual treatment- has been extremely seamless. Dr. Lee, Dr. Nguyen and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions or concerns I had about my treatment. They were also SO accommodating when it came to scheduling due to work, which I really appreciated. It's hard enough as is to make any kind of appointment during the weekdays, but they always made sure to squeeze me in whenever they could. (Big shoutout to Maureen!!) We have been coming to Just for kids dentistry since my daughter was going to be 2, she's now 9. It will be a year since she started with her braces and she loves it! She was super scared to get braces but she loves them. Every time we go to an appointment she is super scared and asks a bunch of questions. Of course her questions are always answered. Everyone there is super kind and friendly BUT she does have a favorite. She doesn't want anyone but AJ! He is so patient with her, understanding, and gives her that confidence. My daughter and I are both being cared for at Riverside Orthodontics. Each time we visit the office, the staff has treated us with genuine kindness. They thoroughly explained the process and timeless for our braces and Invisalign journeys and showed us digitally how our teeth would transform over time. Riverside Orthodontics has been nothing short of amazing. My son got his braces on 01/08/2020 and we are already seeing such an amazing change. The staff is extremely friendly and they have been very well organized during the pandemic. Dr. Lee has a great personality and seems to be able to calm down all the kids that come in just by talking to them.
