We will never go to another dentist again! Every single person on staff was so friendly, informative and patient! My son had a very traumatic experience with a dentist before when he had to get crowns on a couple teeth. Dr.Khani, Kristin and Gabrielle are the people who did my son's work this time and it was the most amazing experience. I had emailed Dr.Beam previously to explain that my son has severe anxiety from the dentist and he personally emailed me back to reassure me they take extra care of patients like my son. Every step of the way they have been fantastic, understanding and patient. This experience was truly life changing. As dramatic as that sounds, it's true! We went from my son having a meltdown at home just mentioning the dentist to getting 2 crowns without a single tear shed. I am so very grateful to the entire staff at Kid's World Dentistry but especially Kristin who really took the time with both me and my son to walk us through everything and make us feel so much better and secure. I contacted the front desk regarding a bill I had received and was advised to contact my insurance provider for additional information. After doing so, I followed up with the front desk to review the detailed cost breakdown. During this review, it was identified that an additional fluoride treatment had been billed for one of my sons that was not covered by insurance. EDITED: we were clients for years with no issues regarding cancellations (we have no frequently cancelled- no sure what you are referring to or if your confused with another client. Second. 23 went to another doctor for procedure reluctantly because they took care credit and upon returning, were told we were cancelled because we chose to have one procedure done by another doctor (who your office referred as well). That is unprofessional for a doctor to tell another doctor of any indifferences I had with your care - if this were in fact true, which it is is not in this case. We simply told your office for financial reasons we needed to use care credit and not cash for procedure. Been going here for many years for both my children. I have referred many parents here for their babies as I believed they were in good hands. I won't get in to details but I would highly NOT recommend anyone to take their kids here. Glad I went somewhere else for a second opinion and my gut intuition was right. read more

I'm so happy to have found this place. My son is sensitive to sounds and to the touching of his face and mouth so I was nervous how his appt would go. The staff was great at making him feel comfortable and explaining what they were doing. He did X-rays, quick exam and a cleaning with no problem at all. We love Kids World! Our three and a half year old had to have a procedure that we were very nervous and scared about. The staff and environment of Kids World made what could've been a traumatic experience, so great. Kristin and Jessie were absolutely fantastic with our daughter. They made the whole experience fun and kept her calm. Kristin even comforted me when I was visibly upset before the procedure. She really took care of us. After all the prep, Dr. Beam came in to do the procedure. I was blown away by how quick and painless it was for our daughter. And then again, I was comforted as the mom. Dr. Beam gave me a wonderful pep talk and gave us some really sweet compliments and advice. I truly appreciate the care he put in to our interactions. I took my son here for the first time today and we loved it so much! The whole staff was so friendly and welcoming my son, who is only 3, had his X-rays taken like a champ and even sat in the big boy chair for his check up and cleaning. Also, because he had no cavities, not only did he get the usual goodie bag (toothbrush, toothpaste, stickers, gum and a cavity prevention lollipop) but he also got to pick out a brand new DVD to take home! He was so excited and he chose his favorite holiday movie, The Grinch! We were referred to Dr Beam by our regular dentist. Our daughter is 3 years old and has been going to the dentist since she was 18 months old but still got her first cavity. Upon arrival my kids (3 and a half and 2) enjoyed the fish aquarium and games. This was a nice warm up. The staff is super friendly and personable. It's nice when people are genuine and don't treat you like a #. Dr Beam was great with the kids and very instructive without being judgmental. With all the positive reviews on Yelp, we had very high hopes to love this new dental office. But, unfortunately it was not a great experience. Staff wanted to charge us out of pocket, stating our insurance would not cover. We were being rushed once we denied X- rays, as we wanted to call our insurance to verify ourself. Which we did, and our insurance, stated they document every conversation when providers reach out for benefits. And no documentation was there, as office staff did not contact to verify our benefits. They just assumed our insurance wouldn't cover, which is extremely unprofessional. And on top of that our children overheard staff speaking negatively about us among themselves. This experience has been very frustrating and overwhelming for our family we are greatly disappointed. read more

We continue to come after 4 years (including major treatments & regular cleanings) and commuting all the way from Orange County. She won't let me take her elsewhere. Dr. Beam and his staff are amazing with children. They are so kind, patient, comfortable and safe. The office is always clean. They also make it fun for the kids in the waiting area with cool games and have headphones with a selection of movies, on the ceiling, while in the patient chair. But the wait isn't long sometimes my daughter wants to stay longer than her visits but even at the end they have tons of stickers and prizes to choose from. 5 star AMAZING service! I called yesterday because my 2 year old fell off his bike and chipped his front tooth. They got me in this morning at 8am. Everyone was beyond nice and caring. We got seen right away and the dental assistant and dentist were so kind. They are amazing with young children! The male dentist who didnt even see my son introduced himself and remembered my sons name when leaving, that really impressed me. I will be bringing my daughter in soon and plan have my children continue all their dental care at Kids World. I honestly couldn't recommend it more based off my experience. My son started coming here around 3 and we LOVE it! The staff is so friendly professional and caring. This place is totally geared towards kids. The waiting room has a huge fish tank and tons of video games that help keep my son occupied while we wait to be seen. Once you are taken back for the visit everything is so FUN! They have TVs mounted above the chairs so while the kids get work done they have movie to watch and all the movies we have seen are new so my son is interested in watching them. All the flavors of the products and even utensils the hygienist use are kid friendly as well. Once the visit is done and your little one has a great check up they get the coolest bag of goodies they get to hand pick. Sugar free lollipop, gum, character toothbrush, toothpaste and of course stickers. The coolest part is they give the kids a movie of their choice and it's all brand new/newer movies so my son is always pumped up! Doctor Beam is very knowledgeable and personable with not only you but your kid. He answers a lot of questions I have for the future of my sons teeth and we are way for away from that time frame but he still treats it with the same importance as if it is happening now. We have had Laura Aguilar as our hygienist and my son loves her! From his first visit she explains things to him and walks him through the process so he isn't scared and she makes the visit so fun and pleasant. We will only see her! This place is a MUST for your kids to stay motivated in keeping their teeth healthy. I refer anyone I can here! I wish I could come here instead of my boring adult dentist lol read more

My Son, King, broke his front (adult) tooth rough housing last night. To make matters worse, the tooth was completely lodged in his bottom lip! (He hit his face on my large wooden bed post). Upon referral from my Manager at work, I called Dr. Beam around 10PM while at urgent care to see if he could help me. Dr. Beam was very kind with me. He expressed concern, asked all of the appropriate questions and was very patient. He didn't seem a bit bothered by my late night phone call. Dr. Beam stated I could call him the next morning to schedule a time to come in the following day (a Sunday....also Mother's Day!). Before hanging up, he was so kind as to wish me an early Happy Mother's Day. After two sets of X-Rays, King's tooth was recovered from his lip and his lip was stitched up...we did not arrive home until 140AM. Not surprisingly, I did not set an alarm,overslept, and forgot to call Dr. Beam. Instead, I awoke to the sound of my phone buzzing in my purse around 820AM...it was Dr. Beam. He'd called twice and left a voicemail. I didn't even listen before I was calling him back. I was touched that Dr. Beam cared enough to call me on a Sunday morning regarding the care of my baby's tooth! He scheduled me for 10AM that morning, and again, wished me a Happy Mother's Day = ) Dr. Beam was so kind and friendly with King. He seemed very knowledgeable and expressed care, concern, and warmth; he has a very easy personality. He examined King's tooth, and took an X-Ray and photo. After answering all of my questions we established a tentative plan of action and he scheduled King for an appointment for early tomorrow morning. Near the end of our visit Dr. Beam gave King a goody bag (with extra goodies)! It was incredibly kind of Dr. Beam to see King on a Sunday morning...Mother's Day of all days. It is apparent that he truly cares about his little patients. I am even more appreciative for the great care and peace of mind Dr. Beam has provided us. Also, the dental office is great. There are televisions on the ceilings for the children to watch during their exams/procedures and a play area in the waiting area. The office is clean and modern, and the decor is appealing to both kids and adults. I am excited for our visit tomorrow! read more
