He usually gets a pretty short cut but this time I asked for more of a trimming/cleanup. I honestly don't think they touched his body. His paws were trimmed and his underbelly trimmed--a little. I took my dog to PetSmart about 2 1/2 weeks ago, and Kara wouldn't groom him. His allergies have…read morebeen terrible lately. I understood why she couldn't groom him. He's been to the vets twice since then. He's on multiple medications and shots for his allergies. I took him back to Kara yesterday. Both she and her assistant had terrible attitudes when I brought him in. Kara explained where she couldn't run the razor due to his allergies. I understood what she was going to trim. I had also brought in his prescription shampoo for his bath. When I picked him up, I thought he had a great cut. I even gave Kara a generous tip. She had really trimmed his face nicely. When I got home, my husband noticed that his face was the ONLY part of his body that looked trimmed. If they groomed his back, you could fool me! They never shaped his ears. Then I asked why there was a charge for his shampoo since I brought it in. Kara said it was a special shampoo. I think they used a quarter sized amount. The poor dog still smells. I bathe my dog twice a week, and he never smells after a bath. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow. By the way, another groomer has offered to groom him for free tomorro.

Only 2 bags if food were empty the rest were full. The didnt "feel the need to feed sassy that much food" excuse me??!! Who are they to decide how much my dog was fed!! Also no "Treats" were fed to her. They didnt give her her blanket, and im not sure if they even gave her any water!! They told me they have video of when she was there and that they did nothing wrong. I asked fir the copies of these "videos" they laughed and hung up on me. They are supposed to be treated like "family" if this is how they treat their family then they should be incarcerated. PLEASE DO NOT TEUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PET.
