We booked a balcony and it was gorgeous. The resort itself was beautiful. The decor was on point, everything looked clean and new. I used the pool and gym, both were great. The cafe was great grabbed coffee & pastry in the morning. We ate at West Coast Grill a couple of times, also was great. The views from our room were amazing. The room was clean and very spacious especially the bathroom. Great location, was able to explore the coast also Victoria. Overall, it was a great stay. We would stay here again.

Everthibg was delicious and perfectly executed and delivered with utmost attention to detail. The copper room was ideal on this chilly day. The servers were genuinely kind and dedicated to having our coffee and food perfect (even with my lovely mom's finicky ways). The manager came by to say hi. Wow! Sooke Harbor House was suggested by the owner of the Air BnB we rented and we made a reservation as…read moresuggested. Unfortunately we were ignored for the first 20 minutes that we waited. Waitresses walked by us and even made eye contact but no one took a moment to welcome us or to acknowledge us. The atmosphere was very loud. My husband and I could barely have a conversation. The food looked and tasted delicious however I unfortunately ended up with food poisoning just a few hours later. Was very disappointing from beginning to end of the experience there.

My sister-in-law and brother stayed here for a weekend. The price point was not super awesome and…read morethe accomidation was fine. Unfortunately, the propritor was a douche. They do not seem to view their place as a business, but rather a home that has accomodation. Not exactly a welcoming attitude. A few days after they checked out, the proprietor contacted them to say they were not welcome because one of the guests had "bled" on the sheets. Sorry but this is something that any hotelier should expect. I for one will never stay here.
