Once I did find it I was welcomed by friendly staff. Basic toasties at $7.50 and more adventurous toasties are $9.50, each with about 2 or 3 different ingredients. Looks like each toastie takes max 5 minutes to make and if you dine in, it comes with a little salad too. I tried the Tandoori Chicken toastie on recommendation from the staff and was not disappointed. Coffee was pretty good too. Late on a Friday night you will find a man in a white chef's coat cooking some of the best shaslicks you've ever had on a grill outside 'Snag in a Bag'. There is no point trying anything else. Hands down, these are the best drunk meal I've ever had on Hindley St. Forget about Pizza Rev. These shaslicks are so good they have a Facebook group with 70 plus followers solely devoted to them. Lamb, capsicum, and chicken skewered and dripping in delicious garlic sauce - this is a drunk girl's dream.
