It gave off zen vibes (rightfully so), but def. helps get you in the mood for the service you're going to receive. We were immediately greeted by a woman at the front desk and after confirming our reservation, she instructed us where to go. I had to use the restroom before our massage and I was shocked at how clean it was! We got the 1.5 hour massage, so needless to say we were going to be here awhile. We were instructed to undress and get under the covers. Once complete, they entered the room. I was a little surprised there was no introduction of who they were and what massage we'd be getting. Oh well. They both start the massages and at first it was good. I noticed the masseuse my friend had was way more talkative to him than the one I had. To be frank, the only conversation that occurred was her asking me if I wanted it medium or hard. I selected the latter and that concluded the conversation for the duration of my massage. The massage itself was nice, although some parts were better than others. I was quite pleased at how she massaged every nook and cranny from head to toe! I woke up feeling sore but refreshed. Overall, the place is clean and the services are great. I imagine I'll be back some time soon to get another one.

Fair warning: All of the people getting massaged are in one open room, so there's no privacy per se, but everyone is clothed so it's sort of similar to a nail salon (but way more peaceful). I opted for the 40-minute foot-only massage, but would upgrade to something more elaborate next time so I could do the hand/head massage addition as well. My only complaint is that you can hear EVERYTHING, including the guy coughing his lungs out in the bathroom and when people walk in the front door, which can interrupt the zen-ness a bit.
