She knows exactly how much pressure to apply, she finds knots and kinks that I'm not even aware of, when I leave I feel refreshed and invigorated! I've recommended MD's to her, (as I am a Nurse) other nurses as well as I'll tell anyone who will listen how much she's helped me! She was very easy to talk to and gave me lots of pointers as to how to stay more flexible and keep my muscles limber. 90% percent of that was to keep coming back! I felt amazing when I left there. The massage table was very clean and the serenity sound of the music playing in the background kept me very relaxed while her strong hands went to work kneading all the knots in my neck and back! I was actually even late for my appointment and she was kind enough to work on my back muscles through the first 10 minutes of her lunch, now that there is when I call customer service! During the massage, Lisa helped guide my breathing as she worked some of my tighter muscles. She intuitively knew the areas needed more TLC, which included my left IT band, calf, and left shoulder. I've always been protective of my sides due to being "torture tickled" as a child. When Lisa worked on these areas, I felt the past pain of these experience evaporate from my body and leave me lighter and more at peace.
