I'm pretty articulate where it concerns my hair and have had a hard time in the past finding consistent quality and professionalism for cuts and color. I decided amongst the swell of other salons and decided to give this one a go. To put it simply Morgan is the best stylist, color guru, and hair engineer I've ever been to in my 30+ years. She knows how to listen, but also how to handle a complicated request with structure, accuracy, and perfection all while making the experience memorable. People constantly mention my hair now that Morgan does it and it almost feels wrong telling them who I go to because i kind of want to keep her to myself like my little secret. However, in the endeavor of helping the helplessly lost or those looking for something amazing, go see Morgan. I don't know about the other stylists but this chick is amazing in her talents and you will glow with satisfaction after realizing some people have this job still not because it's a paycheck but because it's a skilled career that requires creativity and passion. I move to Arizona couple years ago and finally did a search for a hair salon. Yes I know two years is a long time to go without a haircut lol my hair is my thing and not knowing anyone here to recommend someone has been a big deal. Well I gave in and did a search on my Google Maps and Eunice's hair salon came up. I called the number and made an appointment and realizing that I had made an appointment at the Copper basin location. What I found was a wonderful staff (Pat Julie, and Marlys) a clean salon, and the amazing Marlys. I had my hair cut and colored and highlighted and she did an amazing job!!! I would recommend her to anyone, and that is a big deal!!! The first time, Eunice, the owner cut my hair. When I got home I noticed that my bangs were cut crooked. I had to drive all the way back to her salon to get them fixed. Eunice fixed them but did not offer any apology for me having to drive back for the inconvenience. I thought I would give her salon another try with a different beautician. This woman did a worse job! I cant remember her name but she is a tall women with very long hair. The whole time she was cutting my hair all she talked about was her long hair! Well on a recent trip to the Phoenix Area I found my self with a need of a hair cut before NYE. And I was not up for taking chances from my usual barber. But being that I was over 400 miles away from my spot. I took into consideration that it looked clean and professional. I decided to go in and give Eunice's Hair Salon a try. And to my surprise I ended up with a better hair cut than my usual place, plus at a cheaper price too! And more importantly they have hot towels for us men!! fyi... Liz the barber there is awesome!! I do not recommend this place at all!! I went in under two weeks ago and had an all over color done and a hair cut. Cost me $105 plus i tipped the lady $10 so $115 hair visit. My hair has completely faded out already. I called and asked if they were willing to fix it or at least discount fixing it. They said their policy is one week and there's nothing they can do. They want another $65 for an all over color. I should not have to pay for them to correct my hair ! So rude and unprofessional. I would never go back after seeing how they treat paying customers. !!! read more

The worst of the worst!!! Tonia fried my hair and she also fried a girl I work with hair. She never listen to me she just does whatever she wants to do. She gets away with it because her manager Eunice doesn't stand by customers. So you are taking your chances going there. Tonia is the worst she needs to stick to her excersize classes. Eunice I cannot know how you succeed you are a terrible business women very hard to deal with.Stephen is the only good thing in that salon.If it wasn't for him she would not have any customers. read more

Eunice has ben cutting my hair for 2 years now and has taken me from very unhealthy over-colored hair to a short hip HEALTHY do !!! She is an AMAZING Stylist and Colorist. Her salons are great, She has an fabulous line of products and her staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to go to an appointment for I am treated like family and always have some great belly laughs. She also has a barber at each location. I love this place! Eunice has been doing my hair for about 6 years. I've followed her from working at other salons to opening her own business! She did my updo for my wedding, it was beautiful! She started cutting my 3 year old son's hair about 6 months ago. He was terrified of getting his hair cut but she pretended the clippers are a choo-choo train and now he loves it!
