Out of the entire appointment, my head was massaged for maybe 10 minutes--max. The "facial" portion was completely pointless; she applied some oil to my face that felt uncomfortable, and that was it. When I finished, I realized the service had only lasted 30 minutes, even though I'd booked 45. I declined the "rough" blow-dry (which they said would take 15 minutes) but was still expected to pay the full price. To make it worse, there were long pauses during the service where I could clearly hear her texting. If you want the absolute bare minimum of effort, this is your place. There was nothing luxurious about it. I booked this hoping for tension relief for headaches and instead got a so-called "head spa" that was 10 minutes of massage, a bad 5-minute facial, and a lot of wasted time.
