Overall I had a positive experience here. It's not the cleanest place but they seem to sanitize and have lots of different cleaners, hand sanitizer and Lysol spray around. I got a spa pedicure and a French gel manicure today. The staff were friendly and welcoming although they didn't hold much of a conversation besides the normal - "what kind of pedicure? " "What color?" type of questions. This was okay with me though- I was enjoying the massage chair! The absolute positives for this place are that they are open on Sundays, had a lot of nail techs and have very affordable prices! I would definitely come back. They also offer lash extensions and permanent make up options. I want to try these services next time! read more

This was honestly one of the worst nail experiences I've had. The quality of the work was poor from the start the nails were uneven, bulky in some areas, and not shaped properly. Within just a week, they were already lifting, which should NOT happen with a fresh set done correctly. I reached out to requesting my money back because the service was not done properly the first time and instead of taking accountability, I was told that calling after a week was "too late." That response alone shows the lack of professionalism and care for their clients. I paid for a service that was not done properly and then was completely dismissed when I brought it up. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else just to get them removed and redone correctly. If you care about quality work and customer service, I would strongly suggest going somewhere else. I have been coming here since they were located in the Home Depot plaza and unfortunately it's been nothing short of a terrible experience over the last year and I will not be returning. Upon many of bad experiences, my most recent visit was the worst. I came in to get my nails done and was told there was a 5-10 minute wait, it ended up being 35 minutes. I understand things happen though, just wish they were more upfront about timeframe. Furthermore, I no longer had time for a full set and needed to switch to a fill because timing was 30 mins longer than I was advised. I did advise this to the person doing my nails that I can't do a full set because I did not have time. What does she do as I tell her this? Half-way through my nails, she stops to assist with a "walk-in" for a whole family coming to get their brows waxed. Took 15 minutes to assist someone else after already waiting 35 minutes and telling her I don't have time for a full set. The disrespect was unbelievable. The icing on the cake was my nails starting to break off just a week later. The newer employees at this location have completely ruined it. I always get my pedicures done at this salon. The walk-in service is timely and there is always a packed salon. The employees are professional, kind, and patient. Unfortunately, it seems like there are a lot of "Karen's" who feel like it is their civic duty to complain loudly and constantly about how their $35 pedi is beneath them and their wealth and entitlement . Good thing I didn't read the reviews 1st! I took my 13yr old to get her nails done here today. They were incredibly busy with at least 12 other patrons, so at first I was worried we'd be there long. But, man do they work fast! Our artist was incredibly skilled, very gentle, no cuts, and we were out of there in a flash. As for the nails, she did such a beautiful job! The pricing is great too. Unlike other reviews, we didn't experience a single hint of rudeness, they were all very kind and very *busy*. I used to work in a very fast paced environment and realized that many people mistake the intense focus needed to work quickly and efficiently, for coldness. And of course those who are oblivious to the world around them, who view themselves as the epicenter, and expect a parade with every entrance, will most certainly make that mistake. Have been going here for years, since their old location. Went this past week, got cut super bad. The guy was nice, so I tried to be polite. The bleeding wouldn't stop, he wasn't wearing gloves, and attempted to use nail glue to seal the cut. The pictures show how they actually let me leave the salon. It is my fault that I let them charge me full price. I couldn't walk for 3 days. I went back today thinking that it would be fixed but due to the nail glue, the nail polish still dried bumpy and they didn't offer me my $35 back. The tech today was polite and offered apologies, but then left and no checked to see how the polish dried. So I grabbed it myself and fixed a few spots before I left. I love lifting up other businesses, but unfortunately I cannot do that today. I have never had such an absolutely horrible experience in my life! I'm very easy going when it comes to getting my nails done, but the guy at this location kept burning me with the tools, cut my thumb open, and jabbed another tool UNDERNEATH my nail bed. Not only that but the nail polish isn't even covering my nails and is already peeling off! Along with my nail underneath!! He cut them ridiculously short, so now on top of getting my nails re-done, I'll have to get a full set because they're too short and my thumb nail is practically coming off! I started crying after he jabbed the tool into my nail bed and they still charged me full price, $29, which was already over priced. Also, when I first walked in, with a positive attitude I might add, I asked for a fill with black gel polish and a spider web on each ring finger, which I am of no surprise that they didn't finish. I will NEVER step foot in this place again and hope no one else does either!!! I will absolutely be returning to Emy's Nails in the Galleria Mall, where I have gotten my nails done the last 3 times, in order to fix this disaster. Just went and this place has gone down hill. My pedicure was pathetic for one. My daughters nails were so bumpy, too thick, cuts all over her nails. I went to another salon to have them fixed and she showed me all the extra power. She shaped them better to fit her smaller nail as well. I will never go back. read more

I had gone in for a gel x set and was sat with a younger kid who spoke little to no English unfortunately. (I understand there's usually always a language barrier) but he couldn't understand what I was asking for and no one else cared to listen or ask. So he started doing them and he was using his own thumb nail to push my cuticles and nails back....he hurt me so many times I kept saying "Ouch. Ow" but he kept going. There was no getting up either. So, anyways he finishes my nails--and my one was killing me. I woke up the next morning to my entire finger swollen and red and hot. I had to go to urgent care to get the nail removed and antibiotics because it was infected already...less than 24hours....i contacted them and all they said was "come in and we'll have to look at the nail"...I didn't go back....now...3 weeks later...I have no nail on that finger...I don't recommend this place to anyone. They moved from down the street about a year ago. They were much friendlier back then. New place is very stylish. But not friendly at all.. I've been nicked a few times and put the metal nail bit back in personal glass cup without sanitizing it between customers. They buffed my nicked bloody finger, but didn't throw the buffer away. Bring your own files and buffer. Kathy use to take appointments, but she refuses now, except for a few favorites. She keeps herself open for brows.
