I've been coming for a while and I get the gel polish. I don't have a set person and I find that generally everyone does a good job, "Except" when they unnecessarily buff my natural nails too much, then of course they all chip and break. So I have to wait longer to get them done again until they grow out more. This does not make any good business sense. So no excessive unnecessary buffing on natural nails please. From my experience, it makes absolutely no difference in polishing quality! read more

The pedicures are rushed, always new people in there anytime I go. I still have rough feet after leaving, the massages are not long enough for what you pay for, they are maybe 5 minute massages. The gel pedicure and manicure started peeling after a few days. I have given this company a few chances (too many) and I won't be going back. read more

I went in for a pedicure on 4/26 and was seated right away. The nail tech was rough on my feet and the whole experience felt rushed. In addition, the nails on my big toes were trimmed so short that they bled and are sore. When I got home, my husband noticed nail polish on the skin around my nail. I've been coming to this place for years and I am so upset with how down hill service has become- it's truly hit or miss each time you visit. Today I visited and got seated quickly, staff was very friendly. The lady who did my nails was quick and efficient, the shape looked amazing until she started painting. I'm unsure if it's strictly due to me choosing a light color and "needing" a white base but my nails look bulgy now. The shape got lost with how thick the polish is applied. I'm honestly very disappointed with how my nails turned out, they're so thick to the point they look lumpy, and the white is visible. read more

You get glass of wine (how nice) place looks pretty w/ chandeliers, then: the RACE IS ON!! "Long" was 20 mins late to start, while trimming my nails he CUT ME & I WAS BLEEDING FROM MY BIG TOE THE REST OF THE PEDI!!" OMG. I HAVE NEVER BEEN CUT BEFORE ANYWHERE ELSE. The service was "1/2 HR LONG!' WHAT?? How is it possible to do a pedi w/ hot towels, massage legs, cut nails, emery heels, parrafin, AND COLOR! Alright, I have high hopes for this place long term! The atmosphere is VERY nice - fancy, yet inviting. And clean. But a couple reasons for the 3 stars: -when we arrived, we weren't really acknowledged and weren't told how long we'd have to wait -I had a reservation at 5:30 for 2 pedicures. We got there at 5:30 and had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated. -my pedicure came out great but the person I had was a little too rough with my leg/foot massage. He also was funny but it came across a bit too aggressive -my friend's pedicure also came out great but during her experience, her technician was a little too aggressive and dug too deep at one of her toenails and cut it too short I did appreciate that they offer water, soda, or wine/beer when you're there. I had high hopes for this salon overall. It's close to my home and newer so I expected to be happy with the outcomes- that didn't happen! Overall the skill level and outcome of the nails is good. The techs know what they are doing. The salon chairs are nice and comfortable, especially because it's a newer salon. The ambience is great too- the chandeliers are beautiful and the salon serves wine which is a nice touch while you're getting pampered. The problems I have are : 1. Pushy sales. I came in for a gel removal- nothing else! They try to upsell you and are pushy. Eventually I caved and felt bad since it was a busy Saturday. Did I need a manicure? No, but sure I'll give you an extra $15 for nothing. 2. "Covid" fees and ATM charges! This is ridiculous. My total was $30 and I couldn't use a credit card (which by the way they charge a 3% surcharge) because it was less than $45. Most services are under $45 (Or at least they should be)! So I was forced to use their ATM, at which the owner makes a $1.75 profit for forcing you to use his machine. So you pay $1.75 at the ATM, or get additional services and pay a 3% credit card processing fee because of "Covid." This place is a bit ridiculous these days. It's clean and bright inside. They say they offer free drinks but never have been offered one. I've been here several different times with my girlfriends along with my mom and every time we all ask for the same service but we all get something different. I never get hot towels on my hands or lotion but the people I'm with do. It's just very inconsistent in the quality and experience. I won't be back because of what was stated above along with it being very expensive compared to other places. I have found a salon close by that offers better quality and lower prices but this is not a BAD place to go! read more

Three strikes and you're out!!! I have been to this salon 2 other times and was not completely happy but decided to come one last time since it had been quite some time. Wanted a​ reverse French Pedicure. It was horrible. The paint jo​b w​a​s somethi​n​g tha​t a 5 year old would do. The manager offered to soak the polish off and redo it but I had already been there over 2 hours. Got a french fill for my fingernails which I thought looked pretty good...until they s​tarted t​o​ ​peel o​ff 24 hours later. And this w​as supposed t​o be GEL. I was a little worried after reading the reviews but I had a more than pleasant experience. I did the VIP Pedicure and it was well Worth the $85. They treated me like an actual VIP and my toes left looking beautiful! I didn't have an appointment but they took me with no wait. It was clean and they were friendly. I would go back. This place is a complete joke. I came in & asked for just a removal. The lady at the front kept asking if I wanted dip & I kept having to tell them, I just want what I have on my nails soaked off. She proceeds to drill the heck out of my nails & then tries to remove the remaining material but taking a separate nail clear tip & prying it under to peel the material off. After I asked her to soak my nails since I know how damaging the way she wanted to do it is, she gave me to another woman. This other lady started drilling off the material on my nails & started to soak them. Both of them were clearly in a rush to get me out of there & now I have cuts all over my cuticles & my natural nails are completely damaged. I came in primarily to have them soak off my nails since I know that's the best way to remove nails with the least amount of damage & I ended up leaving with a chop job. Go literally anywhere else. You can tell just from the photos how BAD my nails looked AFTER getting them removed. read more

This used to be my go to nail salon for pedicures but lately the service is going significantly downhill. The paraffin wax pedicure used to include a massage and the last pedicure I got was completely not comfortable and rushed through. I also picked what appeared to be a very light neutral pink from the colors and the color came out bright pink, I'm not sure why this happens there. I think I'll be going elsewhere. read more

I went for a gel manicure and requested that the nail clippers be sanitized. The gentleman who was also the manager belittled me and took a new pair out of a package and waved them around. Additionally he was very rough with my hands. The second time same thing happened. I saw no sign of the blue disinfectant glass jar. Additionally the counter was not clean. I felt bullied into staying when I knew I should have walked out. This part was my own fault. I am very surprised the health department has not sit them down. First, I was impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere at the spa. I was promptly greeted and taken to a chair next to my friends. Last Wednesday 4 high school friends and I met to get a pedicure before going to dinner. 3 of us received a generous gift certificate from the 4th friend in appreciation for helping with our class reunion. When I arrived 2 friends were already soaking and we all chose the 65.00 Pedi. My big toe was jabbed and bled during some cuticle trimming. It wasn't deep, but after applying a product it was stinging. She knew it hurt because I said ow! The 15 minute massage never happened. Following the heated towel application, lotion was rubbed on my legs, and she also started doing a chopping with her palms on my legs. That was the extent of my massage. It was certainly not 15 minutes and remarkably my friend who was the fourth to arrive and myself were done and sent to dry before the first two ladies were done with theirs. I spent more than 20 minutes drying and left wearing the flip flops so my feet could continue to dry while driving. When I returned home my big toe was chipped and smudged. Please be aware that you cannot see the screen on the card machine. I was charged 68.56 for a basic gel manicure. When I caught the error the nail tech called the "owner" Kayla who assured me that it would be removed and would not go through to my account. I spoke to her on the phone. I asked for the transaction to be voided and recharged. Which she said no reason for it she would take care of it! Just as I anticipated she did not so I paid 69 dollars for a manicure plus gave a cash tip. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Owner could care less about being overcharged!!!!!!!!! This salon was a complete disappointment. I had a spa pedicure today. The older man who did my pedicure was extremely rough and at various times during my pedicure, caused me pain. My 5 minute leg and foot massage consisted of him slapping my legs and feet and lasted 1 minute as he got up and walked away several times. If I could leave less than one star, I honestly would. The last three occasions that I have gone to the salon (I've only gone a handful of times), the end result was nothing that I was expecting nor wanting it to be. On one occasion, within a week after getting a full set, my hair was getting caught in my acrylics. The woman who did my nails made them so incredibly thick that they were essentially curving upward and coming off. On another occasion, the gentleman who did my nails nicked and cut eight out of my 10 fingers while doing my cuticles. I couldn't wash my hands for days because it burned every time. One finger almost looked like it could form into an infection. This last and final time that I went to the salon, I asked for a detailed nail of a yin and Yang symbol. I unfortunately got the same woman that I had in my previous statement above, but I try to be open minded that maybe she would do better this time around. Unfortunately, my nails were once again thick and not even done all the way down to the cuticles. Within a day my hair was getting caught in my nails again, and she was unable to make the symbol; however, it wasn't until after she finished my nails that she told me she did not know how to design nails, but the gentleman who is working at the time did. I went back the following day and complained about my nails and requested that somebody fix them. The gentleman that was there who knew how to do detail nails was very adamant about not taking me, but he ended up getting me anyway. When it came to the detailed nail, he acted like he had no idea how to do detailed nails. I just requested their sticker book then so I could put a sticker as a detail instead. He proceeded to get me the book, and then walked away and started a pedicure. I sat there for nearly 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to my table, but nobody came until I finally asked what was going on and if he intended on finishing my nails or not. Overall I think he was lying about not knowing how to do detailed nails because he assumed I didn't intend on tipping him, so he chose to make money off of the pedicure instead. I would never recommend this place to anyone in the future. And I cannot believe that that is how they treat their clients, Or make amends on a disappointment result. read more

One star simply because the people there are nice And it appeared clean. An appointment was made several days prior for a pedicure. I was seated in a chair to scolding hot water, first of all. I asked that she add cold water before I could put my feet in again. She sat down and literally said, nothing. She did not ask what kind of pedicure I wanted (as they have about 6 to choose from). She did not ask how I wanted my nails shaped or if I wanted them cut or filed. Before they were even in the water to soften things up she began going at my toes with a nail file....it hurt! The only time she spoke was to ask me, what color. I saw other women coming in and being given glasses of wine. I was not asked if I needed anything. I barely had time to soak my feet, enjoy the massage chair or even see what was on the tv before she was done. All in all it took her less than 20 minutes from start to end. She worked way too fast and did not offer any level of comfort or customer service. My toes do not look good at all either. I would rather pay more and get what I was at least hoping for.
