Three Stars -- Only Because My Family Made It Fun…read more My family of eight did our best to make this an enjoyable outing, and honestly, we are the reason it ended up being fun at all. The concept of an "epic game show experience" is there, but the execution really misses the mark. When you walk in, the entire setup is basically right at the door. The waiting/lounge area sits in the middle, and the adults-only game show is in the back--right next to the bathrooms. This layout became a big distraction. While we were playing, multiple people walked in and stood right beside us as the host kept going. A manager even came out to explain the experience to them while we were trying to hear our host. We played Family Feud for about 30 minutes, which felt at least 15 minutes too long. Our family still had fun, but that's because we enjoy games and can make anything entertaining at home. The setup itself felt very cheap. "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?" lasted about 10 minutes with questions that didn't feel well thought out. "The Price Is Right" involved sorting Walgreens items into piles. Then we did flip‑cup tic‑tac‑toe on a fold‑out table with duct tape lines. The biggest issue is the host. I don't want to be rude, but he just wasn't very good, and that really matters in an experience like this. Overall, this felt like a low-budget setup with a halfhearted attempt at creating a game show atmosphere. My family made the best of it, but the experience itself needs major improvement.

The owner, Ali, is incredibly talented and has a great eye for adding just the right amount of detail to pull everything together. These ladies are professional, creative, and were able to provide above and beyond what I expected from an event planning service. Not being all that artsy or original myself, I was relieved that I was able to entrust Ali to take my mish moshed description of what I thought I wanted and turn it into something amazing. Seriously, without Ali my version of the husbands birthday party would have likely involved me singing an off key happy birthday and then throwing glitter in the air. No one wants to attend that party. No one. Having employed their help on two different occasions, I can't sing their praise enough!

I purchased a bunch of decoration and bachelorette stuff (shirts, straws, etc) and I mailed everything to Betsey about two weeks before the trip. Betsey decorated our AirBnB before we arrived with all of the decorations I sent her, she found an amazing balloon artist who did the coolest champagne balloon arch, fully stocked the fridge and planned a great boat day for us. Betsey was available to answer questions before and during the trip. I couldn't be more grateful to Betsey and Pop the Bubbly. She made the trip amazing and memorable for the bride and the whole tribe!

We chartered a sail boat for three hours and had a private chef come to the house to cook a Thai dinner for us. Everything was amazing and went off without a hitch! The planning and payment process were all seem less. Betsey was great at communicating with us and sent us detailed emails and confirmations. She also keep us in the loop on rules and procedures due to the pandemic. I will most definitely be using Pop The Bubbly's services in the future!
