While driving there we talked to the owner again and she said actually No we couldn't return it and that it was our fault the D hook snapped. She said we didn't know what we were doing and it was our fault. My husband called her and didn't get to say a word and she proceeded to rant and yell at him. Is this how an owner of a small business should treat their customers? We have no interest in doing business with this store. We will repair the hook and sell it at a loss rather than deal with her.
