Very unprofessional and untrained I would say, my girl did not understand a word of English, she badly stripped my nails with an electric buffer and left it mangled and raw, tho I was asking for my nails to be smoothed, she didn't know how to shape cuticles/push back and made them bleed in several places, she kept filing my nails hard so theirs no length just stubs left, it was hurting my nail bed! I chose a type of polish in two colours which she used the colour she picked out which I turned down because I did not like it but she use it anyhow and I hate how it looks she did such a terrible job! this was our first manicure together, and it was a botch job. I was charged over $80 for a kids manicure and mine and I feel ripped off and I hate my nails. I do not recommend this low quality salon.
