The sprinkler system required heads to be replaced and for one of the lines to be moved and replaced due to a leak. I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. The man, Ed, was respectful and was productive from the moment he started the job. He was efficient with his time. After he replaced the pressure vacuum breaker, he had to test the sprinkler system. That was when he discovered the leak in one of the sprinkler lines, and he identified which heads needed to be replaced. He was transparent with the required work and the additional cost that was associated with it. I really appreciated that about him and his irrigation company. We were referred to this company by someone who seeded our grass. It was really hard to get in…read moretouch with this guy so we should have just stopped right there. However, we wanted to give him a chance. After we finally got in touch, everything about our project was foreshadowed. We need a new sprinkler hub and some new lines due to new landscaping. So basically half of a new system it's a little complicated, but cheaper than a whole new one. The guy apparently came to our house and checked out the situation. He said he'd come back in a week or two and have it done that day. Sure enough he came back, but now says he can't do it. He points out all the things we already told him we're going on. (A broken line and hub.) So now he says he either wants to put in a whole new system or he doesn't want to do it at all. (Note: he doesn't WANT to, not he isn't able to.) He says it's too complicated and he doesn't want the liability. Which means he can get 2-3 more jobs done in the time it would take to do ours. So a business decision. Fine, but why did you trail us along for three weeks and decide this the day you were supposed to come do it? Needless to say, I don't recommend.

I called LBI because they are local. They had no problem coming to my house when I needed them. Jason and his crew showed up on time. The crew was extremely friendly and they started blowing out my sprinkler system immediately. The service was more expensive than the previous company I used, but Jason and his crew from LBI offered plenty of opportunity for me to interact with them and ask questions.
