The gentleman I spoke with, was able to schedule me for an appointment the same week and gave me great information on how best to accomplish my goals. The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently and quickly to change all of our outdated outlets with ease. Here is a picture of him, adjusting our dining room light fixture to the proper height. Poor customer service. Two people sitting never got up and seemed like we were taking up their…read moretime. One was surfing the net the entire time. Web site never worked even after we mentioned it. Left several phone messages over several days and no one ever called back. They told us "well kinda, sort of, sometimes phone messages are checked or returned by the guys in the back." We returned our item, but it never stated on the receipt or the web (which was not available) that their return was a 25% none refundable amount for returning the item.
