We were really looking forward to our cooking school experience in Sorrento. It was even better than we expected. Mina was the chef and Monica was the interpreter. The "facility" was in a resort and was modern and spacious. We made pizzas, tomato sauce, pasta dough, ravioli (fried and boiled), fish and tiramisu. There were five students and we had a blast. The process was hands-on, informative, fun and best of all the food and wine were great. I highly recommend this as an activity in Sorrento. read more
