From the start, I should have realized how poorly they operate when they forgot to come maintain my yard the second week after they were hired. They literally told me they just forgot. They came the following week twice even though I told them to only come once the following week. On December 31st I paid them $230 in cash for the month of December only to have them begin hassling me telling me I owed them $300 in cash because they provided service five times in the month of December. I reminded them that we agreed to a $230 monthly cash rate. Instead of honoring it they very rudely left me high and dry and just quit. I urge folks not to use this company for any services.

We set an appointment for an estimate on our yard for June 27 @ 4pm. The appointed time arrived and Ricardo/Albuquerque Landscapes was a no-show...no phone call, text or email to advise us that they were not coming. Please don't ask customers to plan around your schedule and be home at a certain time, then not bother to show up or alert them to changes. For now I would say steer clear of this business!

The quality of the work did not match the price we were quoted, and communication was consistently poor. Days would go by without updates, and the workers never followed a consistent schedule. During the project, our block wall was damaged by a tractor, along with our plumbing cleanouts. The crew was not respectful of our property, and we had to meet with the owner three separate times to address our concerns. He also ordered turf without providing samples or obtaining our approval beforehand. The company was supposed to complete two concrete pads, but the work was canceled three times because no one showed up. The concrete subcontractor informed us he had not been paid, despite us already giving Trenton a deposit for the job. We fired Trenton. The job was not completed. We are currently waiting on a refund that was mutually agreed upon, yet Trenton has stopped returning calls. He told us it would be ready over a month ago, and we still have not received it. Poor quality work with no integrity. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend steering clear of this business. If we had done our research we would have found a landscaper that would do really high quality work for less.

He rode right through my front lawn full speed with his bike. I called the phone number on the flyer and explained what happened and he admitted that was him. He said that was the fastest way to deliver his flyers. He never apologized whatsoever. I wouldn't use a person that has absolutely NO respect for your property at all. I watched him do it at other houses on our street as well.
