On my last visit one of the owners, Nicola, who was also the mechanic working on my car for a scheduled oil and tire change decided that since I didn't have much mileage on it and required synthetic oil it would be fine not to do the oil change. He did inspect it to make sure it was okay to that and ultimately he saved me a fair bit of money. How many mechanics would have been so honest? The answer is not very many but it's gestures like these that win customers if you ask me. Next time I need work on my car I won't even think twice about where I'll go.

I brought my car in for some minor scratches that I was nonetheless concerned could rust. I also wanted to have the car rust-proofed. In passing, I told the manager, George, that he could go ahead and fix any minor scratches that he thought would be worthwhile, as long as the cost overruns were kept to a minimum. The guys kept my car longer than initially scheduled and the entire process cost a few extra hundred bucks, but when I got my car back it looked brand new. We are talking a 6 year Honda that has criss-crossed the entire continent. They made it look absolutely brand new. For an absolutely pittance, I got a brand new car.
