The two young professionals, Justin and Kevin whom own and operate BB Performance were such a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I had them - Inspect the car - Change my transmission oil and Filter and pan gasket - Remove and replace all 4 of my shocks, I now have Brand New Bilstein 4600 shocks installed in my 4runner Furthermore they were able to locate another potentially expensive problem and successfully fix it with a smart cost effective solution! AND to top it all off a complementary windshield washing and application of Aquapel (its like Rain-X on steroids). Unfortunately, the ECM had proprietary software and they tried and tried and couldn't resolve it. Nonetheless, they tried very hard and helped me get it to a reputable dealer. The real kick is this. They had lots of opportunity to charge me anything as I was desperate and these fine folks made this one of the most reasonable transactions dealt with from me in decades. Awesome people. Cannot recommend them enough. I plan on sending these people business and definitely will be getting a Christmas Card from me, for SURE!!

Once I spoke to friends about getting a tire changed, this was one of the top 2 spots recommended which made me feel confident I had made the right choice. Melanie and Vince were great at walking me through the information I needed and weren't annoyed with my noobie questions. They were also understanding when a dead battery resulted in me calling to cancel after my appointment 15 minutes after I was supposed to be there. Service was impeccable, speedy, and at a fair price. Other shop I had contacted earlier said 7-10 days for an appointment but VT was a 30 mins stop in on 2 days notice (both the original and the reschedule) with next day appointments offered that I simply couldn't make work. This dynamic duo come highly recommended from riders who work in the industry, and I'm happy to add my name to the list of satisfied customers.

Completely unrelated to this business' main service: I had…read moreengine trouble with a loaner vehicle on my way home from school, and I pulled into Roadside's parking lot to try to figure out what was going on. Come to find out, the engine was dangerously low on oil. I walked in to the shop and explained my problem to the service department, and the gentleman there handed me a 5 qt. jug of oil that had about a quart and a half left in it, enough to get me home. I offered to pay and he wouldn't accept. Good samaritans, extremely helpful to a guy in need. Should I need anything motorcycle-related in the future, they'll get my business first. Thanks.
