She was a very friendly and experienced cosmetologist (told me she's been cutting hair there for 14 years!). She did a very good job adding layers and cleaning up my long, thick hair and even showed me new curl product (deva curl) and diffused my hair with this cool new handlike diffuser. I usually get my hair cut in the Twin Cities and was on a walk and really needed to get my hair cut so I wasn't too sure where to go because there weren't any reviews online, but I was pleasantly surprised and the salon is clean and spacious! This was the first time I had my haircut there. Didn't like having to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment and being taken right to the shampoo bowl with no consultation what so ever. When I was brought back to the chair my stylist wanted to start cutting my hair with no consultation about what I wanted. It ended up not being a bad haircut but just an okay haircut. I really don't know if I will be back.
