Gets me water. 45 minutes later still no one speaks to me two stylist go to the back for a break while I'm still waiting. Finally I interrupt a stylist to tell her I am not waiting anymore and I do not want to be charged for a cut I did not get. She just looks at me. I walk out. I have been going there for years but never again. Terrible customer service.

There is a contract, and for a small fee they will rent out their salon (so your bridal party can get ready privately) or go somewhere else (they came to our church to do hair and makeup on site). Not only were they early (!) for our day, they did everything efficiently without at all rushing their work.
