Most recently, I booked a 60-minute Swedish massage, and it was excellent from start to finish. Inspire Spa is conveniently located on College Avenue, though it's somewhat discreet and easy to miss if you're not specifically looking for it. Once inside, you're welcomed into a clean, well-appointed lobby that immediately sets a relaxing tone. Before your treatment begins, you can choose from several complimentary enhancements, including a variety of aromatic sprays, which is a nice touch. The treatment rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable lighting, minimal clutter, relaxing music at just the right volume, and temperature-controlled massage tables that can be adjusted to your preference. Kameron was attentive, professional, and highly skilled. She took the time to focus on the areas where I was experiencing the most pain and tension and adjusted her technique accordingly. What stood out most was that she truly delivered a full 60-minute massage, which unfortunately isn't always the case at other establishments. You'll certainly find less expensive massage options in the Appleton area, but in my experience, Inspire Spa stands out for both the quality of the massage and the overall customer experience. I highly recommend both Inspire Spa and Kameron to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience.

Atmosphere: Parking is a wee bit tricky and you usually have to pay for it so bring change :) They are located on the second floor of the building. The reception area is really well lit and the reception desk is to the right immediately when you walk in. It has always been very clean in here. Service: Staff is friendly and prompt. The receptionist both times has been pleasant, professional and helpful. If I have a couple extra $$$ laying around from a paycheck I like to spend it here and enjoy a good massage.

Update: (see first review if you haven't)…read more I love that Tonya tried to turn this around to "I'm just a disrespectful person as my general to adults," but then admitted she doesn't know me and hadn't heard from me even after the first incident. Tonya doesn't know me, I'm not sure why she'd outwardly admit to gossiping about her clients. Please tell us Tonya, who did you discuss my private client information with to determine i was just disrespectful in general? Dont your clients have protection like HIPPA? You don't need to answer that. I screenshotted your response and intend to find out on my own with your written proof of breach. (I guess my dad, your good friend, didn't mention it was a legal based degree?) When you screw up someone's grad pics by not showing up to the appointment which was booked a month or more prior, yes Tonya, they are going to leave a bad review. It doesn't make it bogus LOL. It's on purpose because we already discussed the reason for my appointments and confirmed it (TWICE) and you still just decided not to show. Your solutions were the week AFTER my reason for even scheduling the original appointment or a random person you trained even though I spent weeks even looking for you. No thanks. Just admit you can't run a business like your friend Lisa tells everyone.

The wax was much less painful than previous waxes I've had at other places. This was my first time having microneedling done, and the aesthetician walked me through it step by step as she was performing the facial. She was very professional and courteous the whole time. Would definitely recommend Infinique and would return.

I admit it: I'm the type of reviewer who only writes these when service is truly outstanding or…read morenoticeably poor. Do with that what you will. That said, sadly this falls on the 'noticeably poor' end of my Yelp spectrum. Specifically, I feel it necessary to caution anyone wanting to get a salon service in Appleton to look elsewhere. It began when I made the appointment. The receptionist was noticeably unfriendly and rude. I don't live in the area anymore, so I'm fine with bluntness, but this very much felt like the receptionist was mad at me for even making an appointment. I chalked it up to the service industry being hellish right now and--because I was there for my sister's wedding and to see my best friend (who I hadn't seen in a year)--I agreed to pay the up-charge for the Friday/weekend appointment (believe it was around 15% more). At the time of my appointment, we were told to arrive early. We did, but it was unclear for what reason. The entire salon/spa area seemed like a forgotten space in the basement of this hotel (only two people were working that day). Think: old salon products on dusty shelves, askew chairs, open doors with cleaning supplies. We didn't fill out any paperwork and the woman doing our nails was actually running behind on a wax appointment, so we waited around for about 20 or so minutes. My friend and I each picked out a single color from the lackluster, minimal selection, still with high hopes. We talked to kill time until our manicurist arrived and began. However, about halfway through my pedicure, she got a phone call and left to attend to personal business--asking if we wanted water (we said yes, but it never came). Once the manicurist returned, she finished my pedicure and then my friend's manicure. After the weekend rate and 20% tip (because I'm not a monster), I probably paid around $250 for the manicure and pedicure service. Cut to the next day (my sister's wedding) and my friend and I both realize that our manicure and pedicure actually...aren't even complete? My friend's manicure was missing coats and had blank areas on her nails, and my pedicure (upon further inspection) was very light to be almost see-through (it was blue)--as if she forgot one coat as well (which would make sense since she was running behind; our appointment ran so long because she left halfway through). While I've heard good things about getting a massage here, I caution against booking any salon service. For nails, go literally anywhere else (I've heard even the place in the Fox River Mall is solid). The only reason I gave it one star (beyond the fact I had to) was because I'm assuming (since I haven't seen any problems) the utensils were at least clean and the manicurist was nice, even if she wasn't the best.

Our massage therapists, Megan and Jessie, were very attentive and took their time to provide a very thorough and relaxing experience. We will definitely go again!
