I've had the brisket sandwich and it was the same....slow smoked and tender. I can peep when a food truck is not clean. I can tell the owner of this business takes pride in his craft. It started with great customer service the night before when I messaged the owner with questions about the event. The gentleman that greeted us explained the menu and the top sellers and was very patient while I debated back and forth.
