All three of my children have gone here for their piercings. We love it here and the woman who works here is awesome. This is where we go for all our ear and body piercings. She's very friendly and thorough and clean. We've never had a problem with any of our piercings. No problem with infection or anything like that. We will be returning for more piercings. GO ELSEWHERE BAD SERVICE, VERY RUDE! Tried to get piercings at this shop today and got denied because some lousy lady said I had "weird energy." I told her I called yesterday to book an appointment because she was trying to deny service as if she was busy. When I was the only other customer there after a lady was paying.. and I'm sure by her tone she was the one who answered and told me I don't need to schedule, just to come by. I had to sign paperwork and refused to sign one section. She had a problem with that and said no one had a problem with it besides me and I stated they must not read it all the way. Carried on to answer a phone call... Then I took a picture of her sign that stated "crybabies pay double" because I found it funny. She asked if I took a picture of her certificate, clearly did not but made it a big deal?? She asked me if everything was okay and I asked if she was okay? She told me I think you should go get your piercing from someone else and I asked why, she stated I have weird energy and she couldn't figure me out??????!!!! I take it as a blessing in disguise. Lady that makes a living to sell "good vibes" but has the ugliest energy. I'll pray for her. read more

This was my first time ever getting piercings at a body piercing place, and I wasn't sure what to expect. 13 years ago, I got my upper ear lobes pierced at Claire's. The person who did the piercings gave me wrong information, and they closed. I will never go back there for piercings. A friend of mine recommended Soul Seeker, and I'm so glad I took their advice! I was nervous about getting my lobes re-pierced, since I had heard getting scar tissue pierced hurts more, but it went very well! Not just that, but I had miscommunicated about where I wanted the piercings, and they weren't done the way I had wanted. I felt so awful about it, but the person who pierced my ears did the correct piercings at no extra charge! I was feeling so bad and embarrassed about the confusion, but she was very kind about it. I went in for a walk in and was greeted nicely.. she easily did what I wanted which was my septum! And when I needed a little extra care cause I was gonna pass out (cause I didn't eat ) my dumb move .. she tended to me wonderfully and gave a a little extra time to breath! I got a triple helix piercing here and my ear had so much trauma caused to it. It was bleeding like crazy for days and days despite me cleaning and taking care of it. The piercing jewelry itself is very low quality and the ball broke off one of the piercings the next day, with the another of the balls breaking three days after. (The piercings used here are also externally threaded which is another reason why I had so much trauma in my ear). However, the shop itself is super cute and the workers are so nice! Very great things to get at this shop, I would just advise not getting pierced here. read more

I went here on my lunch hour today in hopes of switching out my tragus piercing. There was only two other people in there apparently getting a piercing. Eventually the gal working (owner? not sure) asked me what I needed and I told her I was hoping to switch out my piercing and she said "really all I have are balls" and pointed to her own ears. I said "so you have no gems?" and she said she had something like a diamond. I asked her if I could look at it and she said that they're bigger in size. Clearly she didn't want to be bothered to even let me take a quick peek at what she had to offer. She just seemed like I was bothering her to say the least. I have only been there a couple times in the past and didn't have that kind of experience. I went today with high hopes despite knowing that I would reek of incense once I left (I have allergies). But I can tell you that I will never step foot in there again after today. I may not be into all that mysticism stuff, but I can feel a unwelcoming vibe when I come across it and that was certainly the case today! read more

My daughter, son and I all gotten piercings here. Every time we have come here, service has been fast and friendly. The jewelry is great too. I see no reason to go anywhere else in Yakima. It's an interesting place to come. I also like the selection of incense they carry too, as some of the scents are unique and prices are great. The only issue can be parking, but that's not something I stress over. Worse case scenario, people might have to park a block or two away but a little walking never hurt anyone. read more

I got my Cartlidge pierced in March and it's now November and I had no issues what so ever on the healing process of it!! I love the place as well! The lady who works there is the sweetest and easy talk to when ur nervous and makes you feel like your in good hands (which you are). My boyfriend went into the shop to get a nose piercing and paid the girl $30, she pierced it in the wrong spot, tried to shove a wrong sized piercing through the hole to the point where he almost passed out. She said it was her fault, and he didn't end up getting the piercing at all and he requested a refund and the lady was mad and DID NOT GIVE HIS MONEY BACK!! I am going back on Monday when they reopen and getting the money back. That's ridiculous and unbelievably unprofessional. I'm not sure where to begin with this review. The owner is a hard-working, friendly woman with a great aura. If you're looking for something, she'll help you with it. Her store is always clean and organized. I absolutely love the Faerie Wings incense she carries - I've made it a point when I see it's on sale and I have extra cash to swing by and stock up. A friend of mine went into Soul Seeker for a baby shower gift for me and she personally assisted with assembling some charms for my first child. The store is a bit small, but the energy within is welcoming and always friendly, and she has a great variety for her space. It's not as elaborate as some of the shops I've been to in Seattle, but the market in this area is much smaller, and she makes up for it in her personal touch. You feel welcome in her shop; a visitor as well as a customer. read more

the employees are nice, the only thing I suggest not getting done there is your forward helix(that's the only thing I got done there). They do not have the correct jewelry to do that, I had two keloids on that one piercing. my best friends older sister go her septum done, there and they did it very very crooked and refused to give her a refund. read more

I got my lip pierced here, she really made me feel safe, and very comfortable, i saw her clean everything, put new gloves on. get new needles, well everything was new, what made me even made me feel better was that her shop was small, and she had a very warming welcoming, she laugh, and made me feel good, plus her shop does not smell like that the dentist, or worse there is some shops that when you walk in you can't even breath. Did i mention she also had music playing:) don't think twice before going there. Do not go to Jim and Jennys Tattoo and Body Piercing because the staff there is really mean, and there is also some rumors going on saying that they have Infections going on in their studio. If you want your piercing done wrong, go here. Had a facial piercing done, was swollen for five days, so I tried calling -no answer, then store closed over the long weekend. I decided to go to two tattoo places to make sure I didn't need a longer stud, since it was embedded badly in my face. Each place told me to go back to the original piercer right away, because it was pierced wrong. One of them even told me I should just take it out,because it would be months to heal compared to the 4 to 6 weeks. So itook it out, so it wouldn't cause anymore damage from embedding. When the store was opened I went back in and told her what two different places said and that I tried to get ahold of her and leave messages, but nothing. She said, "well they just want your business, that's why they told you that ".really? Two different places telling me to go back to her, since it was done incorrectly? I doubt that's it. When I asked for my money back and returned the stud to get, she even fought me on it and said, "this is how I do all my lip piercings". Update :I let my incorrect piercing hole heal and got it redone today (obviously another shop in town ),and it is an amazing difference. No swelling and no stud going vertically up and down in my lip, instead of horizontal,like it should be. read more
