After a 4 hour drive, I walked through the door and was warmly welcomed by Tiffany, the Practice Manager. I sighed a deep exhale of relief and said to myself, "This is where I need to be." The entrance area of Blue Water Wellness creates ease and inspires relaxation. Its soft cascading water feature invited me to be in the present moment and leave the stress of everyday life behind. Attention to detail, styling and the utmost cleanliness was visible throughout. My massages with Brian were unique and personalized to suit my specific health needs. Brian has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in holistic therapy. His passion for helping his clients was evident during the time he dedicated to engage in conversation with me. Brian is a true healer! I had my first experience with Floatation Therapy at Blue Water Wellness. Having flaring physical symptoms from Lyme Disease and many autoimmune issues, floating allowed my whole body to naturally decompress. I felt weightless with no tension, joint or muscular pain. I was truly amazed that within 10 minutes of floating my pain began to diminish until there was no pain at all. I also experienced a profound calmness of the mind. I was at total peace. Afterward my skin and hair felt silky and my body rejuvenated. I benefited from this experience so much that I booked a second float session. This time my body and mind actually knew how to relax into the float and there was no physical pain throughout the entire session. Another day I sat in a comfortable recliner for an IV infusion administered by Nurse Haley. She took the upmost care and sanitary precautions in prepping me for the infusion. It's nice to hear the almost excitement when she talks about the muscles and how everything works. It just shows how passionate she is about what she does. We have had great conversations while I've been on the table, as well as nice quiet sessions where she digs deep into my aches and pains. She listens and focuses on my needs which is what I appreciate. Lynn is no different. She focuses on my needs, my aches and where it really feels right and needs that extra touch. Unfortunately, her schedule doesn't typically work for me, but when I have a short day I try to schedule with her to get some variety in techniques. Cassie really worked intensely on my back and neck and always did a great job. I was always impressed with her amount of pressure and ability considering she is such a petite woman. I'm not sure where she is, but I'd follow her to her other practice. I have sent many friends over to Rejuvenations, as well as my mom. Everyone has had nothing but a pleasant experience with Lynn and Dale. I was reluctant at first but…read moreafter years of headaches, neck problems and simply tired of being tired I decided to give the center a try. The initial contact was via a phone call. Katherine is very professional and comforting. She asked some basic questions like how did you hear about Rhythms, what problems am I experiencing, have I tried acupuncture before. She explained that I would receive some information via email and that I should fill it out prior to the first visit. This step really saves time because I didn't feel rushed to answer the questions. Initial consultation was approx an 1:15 and very thorough. I had no idea of how chineese medicine worked or how it could help me but after that first hour I definitely knew this was a different approach to healing and well being. Rhythms center for woman is about bridging the gap between chineese and western medicine. The table experience did not hurt at all. In fact, as the needles (tiny) were being placed I had to ask if there was really a needle there. I am simply amazed at how smooth the treatment went. Alittle aprehensive at first but now a believer. My neck pain is dimished immensely, headache free for several days following treatment. I do understand and you should also that this is not a miracle cure but rather a treatment and the beginning to a better way to living a healthier life style. I highly recommend Rhythms to anyone who is thinking about acupuncture. I do want to add that the location was easy to find, I paid by credit card and left the center feeling very positive.
