Last year I went to the store and tried on a bunch of shoes. However, when I reach the front of the store, the woman who worked there behind the counter, stated that someone sure was trying on all of the slides. I left the store and proceeded to call her and let her know that it was very rude for her to say that right in front of me and then I tried my best to put them back the way I know how but I have a hard time sitting shoes on my feet so I have to try a lot on. I went to the store two days ago to purchase sneakers, and they were too big on me. I went back to the store and tried on a different size, and then those again, and kept repeating to see which size was more comfortable. I bought the shoes up to the register and she pushes passed my boyfriend to get shoe cleaner. Apparently there was a red mark on the bottom of the shoe and she said she needed to clean them because they were clearly worn. I told her I did not wear them. Maybe the bottoms got dirty from me trying them on in the store, but I didn't even wear them because they would've gave me blisters because they were too big. Then she told me they were definitely worn and I told her maybe it was from the people before me or from the floor at the store, she continued argue with me and was nasty. I have no had two incidents with this woman who works there. Her name is Stephanie. She should not be working with the public. I very rarely complain about someone but she is nasty every time I go in there and I sometimes still go in if the other nice woman isn't there working. the funny thing is when I first bought the sneakers. I told the other lady I was so glad she was there because the other lady is always nasty well lo and behold here she was being nasty again when I went back to exchange.

Shoe never know if you'll like these Shoes until you try them…read more This is a pretty cheap shoe store known as the Shoe Dept, according to the signs and website - but someone must think it's a bit of a sh**show because it's been renamed Shoe Show in recent weeks, but only on Yelp, not on Google. If you ask me they've probably messed up again. Yelp, that is. The stock is still the same and the prices are still dirt cheap which is excellent. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a new place to find a shoe selection in Lockport. Online is one thing but you can't try them on online, but you can in here.

I looked up ahead of time to see if there was a location nearby and I was in luck. This is one of the shops inside the fashion outlets that do not have the same hours as the mall itself. They are one store that opens before the mall does and, from what I was told, one of the few that stays open after the closing times. I came in, and appeared to be the first customer of the day. They had a sale on the graphic tees. I grabbed two to get the deal and continued onto the clearance rack. I grabbed another shirt and headed to the registers. When I got to the register and she was a delight. She was very knowledgeable of the items they have in the store and about the general area. We chatted a bit about everything and anything. I even asked if there were any Columbia stores in the area I was heading to next. It was a refreshing take on shopping.

However, as overprices as the high-end fashion designers are in the front of the store, the vintage area in the back might be your pot of gold! Think "high end thrifting" and be on the lookout for their variety of shoes as well as clothes and beautiful coats! When I asked her to write her name on the business card she had offered me to contact the head office. She had refused to accept a size exchange from shoes I had purchased the previous day. These shoes were not worn, I had the receipt and packaging intact. On a previous visit I had an issue with rudeness and unprofessionalism from Madelyn the manager. Perhaps it is built into store policy and training. Word to the wise, If you buy shoes here make sure you don't ever need to exchange them or be prepared to endure abuse and insults when you return. Three times will not be the charm for me with this store. I have a useless pair of $100 running shoes.
