Every time I come back to town, I have to go to Wild Things. It never disappoints. All of my favorite pieces have been made by the immensely talented artists here. Carol is my favorite it turns out by my purchases. I stopped by in March and added to my collection. The store had a little bit of a different look. I discovered this shop going to my hair appointments. But my appointments were always so early that it wasn't opened yet. So I would stare longingly through the windows and promise myself that I would come back another time later in the day. I finally got my chance when my hair appointment was later in the day and I was so excited to stop in after I was done. This is a wonderfully eclectic shop that has something for all your possible gift needs. And frankly it's very likely that you will find something that speaks to your heart or needs too. The shop is so charming with all kinds of chandeliers and displays cases and wall displays. There are paintings and etchings, ceramics and fabric bags , kimono masks and Tahitian pearl earrings!!! There are baby onesies and dish towels, revisable bow ties, and every style of hand crafted jewelry your heart could desire. The service is absolutely extraordinary. Paula was there both times I went there and she was helpful without making you feel pressured in any way. She had great suggestions, and was very patient. But also very knowledgeable about her stock and where items where and what pieces I might like to put together to make a set. This shop checks all the boxes. Women owned business. Sells all kinds of local artisans crafts. Excellent customer service. Beautifies the neighborhood. It's really well worth an afternoon drive in from the strip plazas in the suburbs to spend some time shopping for truly special and unique jewelry or art and maybe have a bite to eat at one of the neighboring restaurants. read more

This store is merchandised beautifully and was such a treat just to visit and look around. If I were wealthy, like won the lotto wealthy, I would have a room in my house that mirrored this store. Each day I would choose from it a beautiful piece of hand-crafted jewelry with silver and semi-precious stones to wear. I had noticed a piece of art in the window of the closed shop while I dined outdoors at Kuni's next door. When I came back to purchase the piece, I decided to browse around. But I hadn't even made it entirely through the door when what did I see to my left but the perfect necklace I had been searching for! It was a bit more expensive than I'd typically spend on myself on impulse but I had just had my heart broken and I deserved a present (is what I told myself). If I was never to have the man of my dreams, at least I could have the necklace of my dreams! Victory was mine. I do love the necklace I am happy that I bought it. I was waiting for a table next door, I decided to stop by this store (I LOVE JEWELRY!) This place has very Unique jewelry pieces that are very creative and handmade by each designer. I love every piece of their creations and I admire the way they express their jewelry. I love their display on the outside (it was like one of those Alice in Wonderlands background). It almost made me feel like I'm in Anthropologie store, but every piece of jewelry is One of a Kind, nothing is repeated (which I love). Prices are not bad (maybe cheaper than department stores and websites). Their staffs are very friendly and Lovable people!. What is there to say that hasn't been said? I came in here on the last weekend before Christmas looking for a last minute gift and was not disappointed. I've never bought jewelery before, but after browsing around for a few minutes, Paula came up to me and asked me if she could help me find something. I told her I was looking for a gift, let her know my price range and she showed me a bunch of different pieces to choose from. I ended up getting a beautiful hand bracelet for my girlfriend with pyrite stones and silver. All the pieces here are uniquely made. This particular bracelet was made by Carol, the owner of Wild Things who has been running the store in this location for over twenty years. Thanks for making such a unique piece! The store is white and bright with beautiful displays of handmade bracelets, earrings necklaces and hair pieces. The jewelry is one of a kind and definitely on the expensive side. They have a small selection of handbags and other accessories too. There's a small selection of Buffalo inspired jewelry; rings with Buffalos on them, necklaces and bracelets with the word, "Buffalo" engraved. I liked this line of jewelry very much. Their gift wrapping is beautiful too. The woman working behind the counter was very nice and wasn't pushing us to buy anything at all, was very pleasant. The staff is helpful- I believe Melissa was the woman who helped me and was so great! My personal favorite designer is Brenna Shores Jewelry. Her work is refined but earthy. I love the raw diamonds.
