I'd give less than one star if you could!!! We showed up for a sleep study and they said "our computers are down". They said they called us. Used the "voicemail was full" excuse. My voicemail was not full, and they had my wife's number. They did not call her. So we showed and were sent home. My wife had taken the next day off work for that. And if that wasn't bad enough, they never called us to apologize or reschedule. Needless to say we will never go there again! read more

Unless you deal with your insurance company on your own, ahead of time they will stick you with the bill. Rather than having you sign so they can bill your insurance they have you sign that you'll pay. Then they don't care if it gets filed with your insurance in time or not because you have to pay even when the insurance says you don't have to because they filed late. You signed the paper. When it happened to me they said 'you're not the only one this happens too'. Sounds like bad practice to me. I'll never have a reason to go back but those of you who have a choice - Go to a credited facility!!! I called ahead to make sure that everything was all set with my insurance and was told it was so asking questions won't help you at this place. read more

I asked him a question related to the relationship between endometriosis and histamine levels and he made me feel incredibly stupid for wanting answers? He basically said, "I can run a histamine test, but then what? Your best bet is to remove the underlying problem." Like, no shit, Sherlock. However, diagnosing endometriosis requires surgery, and getting it removed can take multiple surgeries. I read that increased histamine may be an indicator of endometriosis. I was looking for some help, not arrogance and lack of any care at all. Some doctor. I will not be returning, and I will never suggest this office to anybody I care about.

No concern for a child in distress, no humanity -- just cold dismissal. My daughter broke down in tears as we walked out and said, "I don't like doctors." Imagine the trauma that comes from seeking help and being treated like you're nothing because of a $26 charge. What's worse? Their director had time to demand the $26 upfront, but refused to provide anything in writing or explain why. We were told we'd have to wait until Monday for answers -- but denying a child care on a Saturday? Shameful doesn't even begin to cover it. Springfield Urgent Care, you are not about health. You are about money, control, and intimidation. There is no integrity in how you operate -- just blatant disregard for patient dignity, especially for children. We were humiliated, heartbroken, and shaken. No family -- especially no child -- should be treated this way.

I understand this billing probably slipped through the cracks with the insurance company. when I called Saginaw Dental Excellence, I was told that they usually ignore billing anything less than $5.00, but, yes, I owe $2.40! I paid the bill. I would still bring ice creams and other treats, like I did when I traveled 4+ hours to get there, but I receive my care closer to home, now. the practioners are terrific. hygienists, dentists wonderful. business practices abysmal Beware!
