My voicemail was not full, and they had my wife's number. They did not call her. So we showed and were sent home. My wife had taken the next day off work for that. And if that wasn't bad enough, they never called us to apologize or reschedule. Needless to say we will never go there again!

Unless you deal with your insurance company on your own, ahead of time they will stick you with the…read morebill. Rather than having you sign so they can bill your insurance they have you sign that you'll pay. Then they don't care if it gets filed with your insurance in time or not because you have to pay even when the insurance says you don't have to because they filed late. You signed the paper. When it happened to me they said 'you're not the only one this happens too'. Sounds like bad practice to me. I'll never have a reason to go back but those of you who have a choice - Go to a credited facility!!! I called ahead to make sure that everything was all set with my insurance and was told it was so asking questions won't help you at this place.

Kim (front desk) is OK but made frequent errors in charging my co-pay and had to be corrected by Dr. Roden. Marsha's tone over the phone is one of "why are you bothering me now". Love the doctors in this practice, but the staff needs a customer service refresher. One staffer actually said to me "there are thousands of patients with more pressing medical issues than you have" when I was inquiring as to the status of a test appointment (they were late/lax in scheduling said test appointment). Physicians get an A, staff, a D-.
