Richard Horbal has a God complex and gets offended when you ask a question to understand your care better. He raised his voice when I did ask questions so I asked to speak to the other allergist, his son. His son did say his father has a God complex like "many doctors his age". Both over-prescribe antibiotics for sinus and ear infections. They don't document all medications you may be on, and I was asked on different appointments what medications I was taking from them. I question how well they document in general. They don't look at the bigger picture for reasons of a medical complaint, they push pills/drugs. And if your medication isn't covered under your insurance, they do NOT work on prior authorizations. One staff told me to do the preauthorization for them to sign, and I'm not a nurse or medical professional. The office manager said they have never done preauthorizations. Don't go with a doctor who's name says what kind of care you'll receive...

Try to politely explain what happened.He immediately blew up on me , insisted that I was lying and told me i don't have time to argue with you.Had you would've pushed.Whatever primp , he was saying you would have gotten to them. His demeanor and his attitude was rude and I would not suggest having any child be seen by him. , there was no prompts.It was direct phone number to him. Maybe try a discussion with your tec team and less of a rude demeanor. You should be ashamed of yourself for how you treated me.

My voicemail was not full, and they had my wife's number. They did not call her. So we showed and were sent home. My wife had taken the next day off work for that. Rather than having you sign so they can bill your insurance they have you sign that you'll pay. Then they don't care if it gets filed with your insurance in time or not because you have to pay even when the insurance says you don't have to because they filed late. You signed the paper. When it happened to me they said 'you're not the only one this happens too'. Sounds like bad practice to me. I'll never have a reason to go back but those of you who have a choice - Go to a credited facility!!! I called ahead to make sure that everything was all set with my insurance and was told it was so asking questions won't help you at this place.
