The owner was eight feet away from me and would not look up or acknowledge my request. The receptionist would not make the effort to ask the owner if he had a moment to speak with me. Certainly it was a rude moment, and the second time an event like that has occurred. Customer service is not their priority and they will be not getting any of more of my business.
