I had a feeling it was wheel bearings going bad. We called a few different garages, but since it was a holiday in Ontario, we were having trouble finding one to schedule us in. We called Penn automotive, Dale was extremely helpful and super accommodating! He quickly got us in. They replaced both rear wheel bearings at a reasonable price. Dale even drove me back to the campsite after dropping off my car and then picked me up to get my car back. I was extremely pleased with the service! I even have jokingly told my wife that we should make him and his team our regular automotive service techs (keep in mind we are 7 hours away).

Every one was involved. Scott tracked it from the dock in Japan. Jordan arranged the Subaru Canada financing. Rob took me through the features and differences between an ICE and an EV car. Russ and Kim have been great scheduling updates and ordering winter tires. It will be going in for its first scheduled maintenance very soon. The service and parts departments are excellent.

Very impressive service. The bays are extremely clean…read more Safety was number one for the employees. They opened my spring loaded hood but used a prop for back up. This insured no broken fingers in case of failure. After checking the headlights signals etc I was asked to place the keys on the dashboard. This means no sudden lurching of the car creating crushed fingers or knees. On my style of car they sucked the oil from the engine through the dipstick tube. This was the first time I have seen this done. They inflated all tires to proper specifications with a gentle report of low pressure. My bad! The cabin filter was checked and was embarrassingly dirty. There were four individuals crawling over my car like NASCAR pit crew. I will return to this location.
