I have been having continual issues with my home internet and television in Pulaski, dating back to…read moreat least March. I have called into Tech Support in the range of 20 times and have had technicians out to look at the issues 6 times that I can count. We are having drops in service across multiple devices including visitors to our house along with pixelated television channels. This happens on physical connections and wifi. The technician comes out, restarts and resets things in their normal troubleshooting process and that allows things to work well enough for them to finish up their service call. Shortly thereafter our devices return to web pages not loading, Netflix not loading (not even reduced quality, not able to stream at all), and various other things just not working in our home. We have no other options in Pulaski so I just want this fixed however possible. We have such great service with Cellcom and our phones that it disappoints us that the service with that part of the company doesn't translate to what we are seeing with Nsight. With our lack of options we are contemplating lodging a complaint with the FCC, please help us resolve this!!!

My screen replacement took almost 3 hours and when they finally fixed my screen my front facing…read morecamera is now blurry and the light sensor flashes red which is very annoying. Once they had the broken screen off my phone, the phone sat on the counter for the majority of the time as the employees were more focused on selling phone cases. The employees have no respect for their customers' time. When I pay over $170 to get my screen replaced I expect to get a flawless phone returned to me and I was NOT expecting to have to wait 3 hours for a simple screen replacement. I don't recommend doing business with them at all.
