Every place was far too expensive and wanted to run a diagnostic test, which would take days, and I already knew what I needed done and needed the laptop for college classes. Location is good and store is plenty big, has an unfinished feel inside, like the finished the floor, ceiling and walls, but didn't do much to make it look complete. So it feels a bit empty inside and almost a warehouse feel. Sounds weird, but don't let that stop you from going in. I can't speak on prices too much, I've been in a couple times for a quick grab n go purchase here and there. Never much time to browse and see what they have. They can special order just about anything if they don't carry it or have it in stock. Selection is pretty good in store from what I saw, but for anyone looking for real specific types of processors, motherboards, equipment there is a chance they might not carry it. They offer custom builds of computers if I remember correctly, you can buy all the stuff you need to build your own in here. My experience: I was cleaning out my custom build desktop of dust/dirt build up, installing a 2nd hard drive and a few other custom changes. I left one side panel of the case off, was running the pc. This is where I did something stupid, I had to move a wire away from the processor fan, it was slowly moving towards it, no time to power off etc. I reached in, moved it and my finger tip barely hit the Processor cooling fan. Almost sliced the tip of my finger off and also broke a blade off the fan. It started making a god awful noise and my fear was damage to the computer. Thankfully there was none. On my tablet I went online looking for a replacement fan, found out I had a very odd size fan in both MM width and height. Very few sites carried any, even newegg.com and amazon.com. I didn't want to buy something I think would work and then have to return it, plus 3 day shipping at least. So i looked locally, thought of this place and sure enough they had exactly what I wanted and needed. It was just slightly cheaper in store, shipping online would have been $15 and in store was about $10. They were helpful, helped me to the area of cooling fans and helped me find the right one. In the end I recommend this place for service and in a pinch selection. Try support your local business and shop there, they have plenty of items and i'm sure you can find some things worth the in-store purchase rather than ordering and waiting for online shipping. It's very convenient and found it to be for my situation.

The outside of the shop looks like an old theater, and is decorated with strange life-size statues outside...one of Anubis, another of a mummy... so it has this dark/mystic feel? But then the sign is bright rainbow with a monkey. Man who designed this though, for real. Upon going inside I was greeted with incense smoke and a tiny, yelping Chihuahua. I was confused. I think everyone who goes in is confused too. Unless you're on drugs, then you'll probably be into it. On the left they have a bunch of old, used computers you can buy. We're talking old. XP. Prices are decent but you'd find better online. Then, the rest of the store is like a gothic gift shop, with a smattering of other 'exotic' stuff, you'll find copper "Namaste" signs by pewter dragons, right next to the drug rugs. 3/5 cause I don't want to be responsible for any mom and pop stores closing, cuz like I said, this might be your thing. You won't know til you go. Can't explain this place any other way than simply saying it definitely holds up to the 'funky' in its name.

Continued to proceed by getting our toppings from the toppings bar, when we were very rudely greeted by an older woman from the back who started accussing me and my kids of stealing our ice cream. I showed the receipt. She was disgusted. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone because of the horrible costumer service. What a shame and embarrassment.

He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense--graphics cards, processors, cooling systems, all the stuff I usually get lost with. Eli didn't rush me or push me into anything. Instead, he walked me through the differences between pre-built systems and custom builds, what specs matter for different types of games, and even helped me figure out what would fit best in my budget. You can tell he genuinely knows his stuff and enjoys helping people. I left feeling confident and excited instead of confused. If you're thinking about getting a gaming PC or just need someone knowledgeable to guide you, ask for Eli. He made a huge difference and I appreciate the great service!

Santiago wouldn't come out to talk. The counter rep says their policy is one transaction per credit card (which is not true), but this had nothing to do in reference to not selling my son pokemon cards. I spoke with another manager there (Josh), and it didn't seem like he cared or showed any concern. He even made a comment in reference to "it's just pokemon". i called corporate and reported the incident. Most likely nothing will happen to fix this issue or compensate us for the poor service, but just wanted the community to be aware of the people working there.
