Bee Enchanted's website was great though I contacted them directly to discuss the flower arrangement and what the various sizes shown on the website meant practically speaking. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and very helpful and helped me put together a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my grieving friend. I saw a High tree/small bush Trimmed up,that but full of beautiful red roses(see pics). They had some good deals. I like supporting local over other big box places. Not that there is anything wrong with fleet farm and getting 20% off with the season being in the middle of June. But this is a mom and pop shop with loyal people so I love to support them. I was promised that it would be made and delivered that day. It's Thursday afternoon and has still not been delivered. I called the store and the man who answered was very rude, never apologized and said "it's a busy time of year." He then told me it had been delivered. When I told him it was not, I was told, "maybe you'll have better luck with another florist." I ended the call. He called back to say the arrangement was still sitting in their back room and has not been delivered. Despite not being delivered four days after it was supposed to be, they charged my account earlier in the week. Horrible customer service. Still no product, despite being charged for the arrangement and the delivery.

Had wonderful customer service experience with them for a phone order. I was lucky enough to get a…read moresweet woman named Marquette to help me. She was very willing to check with the vendor on a specific flower (that NO Other florist in GB would get for me because it's "a summer flower/not in season/they don't carry it." She called me back within 15 minutes that they would be able to help fulfill my request. She was also very knowledge and pleasant in helping me figure out the delivery options (I'm ordering from California) for these flowers. She even had recommendations for other parts of the "gift" arrangement I was putting together since I'm not from there. I was also fortunate enough to get another delightful woman (whose name I didn't catch) when I called back to see if I could update my delivery day/time. This shop was absolutely magnificent and I will definitely be looking to them for future orders, even though I have never (and very well may never) physically stepped foot in the store.

Their delivery driver was driving crazy and erratically on 1/18/22 at 2:30 pm. I called Flowerama and reported this and the lady on the phone laughed and said it was her second day. Please do not use this business for the sake of other drivers. She will kill somebody.
