They were very helpful with answering any and all questions that have come up. Phone service for BECU is usually very helpful and they try to accommodate your requests as much as possible. Sometimes the line in the drive through teller service can get long but if you go at a good time, they assist you quickly. There are 6 teller lines and usually each teller that assists is very friendly and good at their job. For ATM's, they have 2 outside on opposite ends of the bank and they have 2 more inside. (usually 4 inside but that area is under construction right now)

Washington Federal offers free online and mobile banking, free bill pay, free debit card and ATM card, free checking with no minimum balance fee, free coffee all week and free cookies on Fridays. I have muiltiple accounts with Washington Federal and plan to open a CD later in the year. Depositing in person is fast and easy, the tellers are quick, and there is also a drive up ATM for withdrawing or Depositing after business hours. Waiting area is well furnished, and very clean. The exterior and interior are always clean and free of loitering people. So I feel safe using this location. The drive-up ATM is scheduled to be replaced the 27th of November 2017, which is great because it's always out of cash, so until then, plan on visiting the nice tellers inside. They offer a plethora of banking services and majority of them are free to business account holders. This bank is like Cheers...Where everybody knows your name. For the past 4 years I have worked with the same bank manager, drive through teller, etc. The only turn over I have noticed is in the lending department. Everyone here is very cordial and polite. You can call with any issue and get it resolved quickly without getting transferred a million times. B of WA also focuses on SBA loans, I would recommend these guys for small local banking.
