The bank (small local bank) requested a second independent assessment which is when I was referred to Premium Appraisal by my agent. These guys came up with a completely different, yet creative approach to appraise the property. The method was fully realistic and not just based on comps. They equally factored in other parameters within an acceptable framework that made sense to the bank's underwriter. I have and will definitely recommend these guys to friends and family. Since I only had one ring to have inspected I was able to come in, sit with him for a half an hour while he worked and leave with it the same day. He gave me some great information about what to look for in future purchases which gave me peace of mind. The building he is in has a garage on that same street and the parking was only $6 an hour when I went in November 2023. I'm not somebody that likes driving in cities, but he wasn't far from the freeway, the garage made parking easy and he was worth the drive. Great value! The careful presentation of jewelry and fine items are close to the cash register for easy check out. The sales are always full and offer fine items. The items are priced competitively for their worth. Whenever there is a Donnelly and Donnelly sale, I am there! I know its going to be great!

I may have misread the terms, but I still don't agree…read morewith rewarding those who go around disturbing neighbors to find a sale before you publicize the address.*** They get two stars for organizing a large estate sale - but minus 3 for not administering a list, even stating they won't use a list (in their ad) - but then they used a list!! Many (15+) people "found" the address of this sale the NIGHT before and signed up before the address was released to the public. At least 15 names were on the list by the time anyone arrived at 6 am (when the address was released). Then when they opened the door for the sale they picked up the unofficial (in my opinion illicit) list and began calling names from it. This being the list that started before the public was even given the address. I'll let you draw your own conclusions about why this would happen but none of the conclusions bode well for Donnelly in my mind.
