Last time four years ago I left a five star review. I been a customer around 15 years. Since the owner Dawn retired this broker went straight to the gutter. As of late my insurance has tripled and the broker told me to basically suck it up and pay the bill. (2024) That she was not going to discuss where we could trip the fat because my one man company had gone bankrupt. They were charging me $33k a year. I switched to AmFam and right off the bat we got a trim and saving of $6k. If the owner of PHE wants this review removed get me a refund on the Travelers policy back to May 2025. Get an adjustment on the 2023-2024 contractors insurance policy as my company took a $300k decrease in income. Because that insurance was based on previous years earnings.

Every single time, I get no response at all. Nothing. It's absolutely inconceivable how this guy keeps his office going or manages to keep any clients at all. REPLY TO BUSINESS : Correct, my real name is not "Art Vandelay", but I have been a client of your office for quite a few years. It's particularly frustrating that you were able to respond to a review on a public website within, what, 12 hours? And yet I still haven't heard from your office regarding the communication I sent over 5 days ago. And this is not a one-off. When you speak to your family or friend that they said is already covering you I gaurentee you'll sound like an idiot because they won't know what you're talking about. Also, if you call them out on being liars and their dishonesty be prepared to get phone calls from coworkers and bosses' stating that you are the one misunderstood and that them getting your information is ok and that them lying is ok and perfectly legal.

Then I need to sign a piece of paper to cancel that didn't show up for 3 weeks (which resulted in a 2nd month of charges after initial wanting to cancel) after all of that they didn't receive the paperwork saying I wanted to cancel. In between all of this drama I received a $9 due bill for no reason after I cancelled my autopay. And again another bill this month for my husband who cancelled 6 months ago... They will make it impossible to cancel, I advise staying far away from this company. We were offered their extra service after signing up for the free coverage they offer from the VFW.
