My experience with this firm has left me feeling taken advantage of, ashamed as a father, and failed husband, and now due to the poor level of representation I chose, will end up seeing my son even less and paying off debt for years to come. The billing department does not reply to emails either. Dont bother trying to call anyone once you are a client, as that is near impossible to get ahold of someone without 10 minutes of hold music, and then a message saying to leave your name and someone will get back to you, if not call back in 10 minutes, over and over. After providing all of the text messages, photos, letters - Kelsey proceeded to rack up the bill to "clean" up pages after pages of evidence. In the end, her team states that payment plan DOES NOT exist and proceeded to use a new hire as an excuse to state "payment plan doesn't exist." After abandoning my case, instilling the fear that "you might lose this case" as I had no one to provide character statements because...abuse isolates you - Kelsey and this firm only reached out to hound me for money and refused to do anything by email - unless it was to remind or threaten me that I need to make a payment. When it was time for trial, because they didn't like going against Dennis Schroeder, they wanted $45k for a RETAINER for trial. When I shopped around, a trial retainer should only be $10-$15k. Terrible services, would never recommend. Also, when you want them to withdrawal, they will charge you for that too.
