PLUS, I couldn't call them either to ask them how to get in or where they even were (it went straight to the answering machine). Didn't even call me to ask if something happened. There is another review on here that mentions Windex and I had to laugh...I do have a vague memory of Dr. Kardasz cleaning off a glass-topped desk at the beginning of some sessions. Every visit, she would be 20 minutes late and then charge me for an hour when i was only with her for 40 minutes. During my last visit, she just cleaned her office the entire session, duster and windex out and everything. She was preoccupying herself and just seemed the whole time like she had better things to do than listen to me. At the end of the last visit she told me that my insurance wasn't coming through and said that I would have to call and deal with the insurance companies myself. Turns out she was on my network but my insurance wouldn't cover her. I was furious even when i thought i was paying $20 a visit. Now that I know I owe $400 I can't think of a word that describes how angry I am. I give charlespointe counseling a negative 5 stars

All of the counselors including the billing guy were knowledgeable, went beyond helping me and my issues. They found a way. I am very appreciative for helping me cope in my time of need. I am the pudding. The pudding is me! I was a smoker for 16 years. It was the very first thing I did in the morning. I thoroughly enjoyed the act of smoking. The smoke breaks weren't too shabby either. What I hated was being bossed around by the addiction. I am pretty alpha. When my boss offered to pay for me to be hypnotized...I literally had NOTHING to lose. On April 19th, 2017, I arrived at Joan's office with a cigarette in my hand. That was the last one. I ended up losing an expensive and disgusting habit. I gained the ability to walk up the three flights of stairs at my office without being winded. I gained my life back! I never would have been able to do this without the help of Joan. Just the slightest inconvenience of going without would usually have been enough to send me over the edge...and WATCH OUT!! I have never been successful in any attempt to cut cigarettes out of my life. After leaving her office I had ZERO cravings. To this day it is the most bizarre thing I have ever experienced. That first week I still thought about cigarettes. I had no craving for them though. No mood swings. NO ADDICTION! If I could not get through the thought of them...then I wasn't (*insert first, middle, last name here). That feeling did not last long. I can be around smokers...in the same vehicle even. It simply doesn't not phase me. It really is a NICOTINE MIRACLE! I don't know how the woman does it...but I owe her a lot. My son thanks her. My coworkers...none of whom smoke...thank her. I'm confident whoever I'm kissing thanks her. I THANK HER!
