This one was just in the booth less than 5 min, when a complete hearing test last about 20-30 min and involve many different processes. She adjust my hearing aid to the loudest setting. And gave them back and charged me. I can't wear the lest one it's to loud. My right one I feel no different, to low. This is not how professional audiologists do things. I was nothing to her be ace I didn't spend $6k on a new set that would do no better. About a mont after getting fitted with new ear plugs, one broke. (See Photo) they did offer to replace for free and did. Look at the photos. The clear ear plug was what I ordered. The skin color was what they replace. Seriously, what professional would do such a armature thing? She should be ashamed calling herself an Audiologist. Never will go back, never.

A year later when it was time for the first annual followup visit they just couldn't be bothered. They gave me an appointment and just before the visit they called and cancelled and rescheduled for a month later. After they did this three times I realized they had no intention of providing the service and I went elsewhere. I will dearly miss Dr Richards but no way will I go back there.
