I would give it zero stars if I could…read more Carolina Forest hearing center ripped me off. Also they were very rude each time I contacted them. I have a hearing service dog and they who are supposedly in the hearing aid industry, said that I couldn't bring my dog in there! Supposedly somebody was allergic. This is against the ADA laws. They sold me hearing aids that were wrong for me because they didn't have anything to suit my needs. I didn't know that at the time. They were paid for partly by my insurance and mostly by me. They even wanted to charge $10.00 for each little plastic tube. When I told my current audiologist that, he couldn't believe it! They don't charge for tubes anywhere else. I've been wearing hearing aids from more than 35 years. The care quality of this place is zero. I meant to write a review along time ago but "Terry" said that she was retiring when I last saw her.

They also do ear cleanings as well but doesn't charge the insurance for it, Wish they did charge the insurance though, would be easier to just get things done here. Paperwork is also prefilled out online, and one can choose the doctor to go to. Anyways, this office is located in a building with a bunch of other offices, but was easy to find directions and how to get there. Once arrived at the office, receptionist was friendly, and checked us in. Didn't wait that long until the doctor called us in. We went to Victoria Price. Victoria was very pleasant and friendly, and also helped explain things, such as the results of the hearing test. This hearing test was more of what I was used to, which is a bone conductor and two thin tubes in the inner ear. This word recognition test I did a lot better on, and it is a recorded voice. Thank goodness for second opinions. Victoria was also respectful regarding my wishes. Overall everyone was friendly, and made an appointment in September for my next hearing aid cleaning. Dr. Charles Stanley is the one whom I see monthly in order to refill my oxycodone. He has an amazing bedside manner, is very kind and truly makes his patience, feel that they are in a safe and wonderful environment. Also, they know that Dr. Stanley honestly cares about his patients. Dr. Snodderly's team is physical intervention side of the practice. She performs occipital nerve blocks, epidurals, nerve blocks/ablations among other tools of her trade. Just today, I had an ablation on my back. With Dr. Snodderly. She is without a doubt, the most caring and, in my opinion, the most gentle physician to ever put a needle in my back. Also, even multiples at a time!! she and her staff makes you feel so comfortable. The way that she has her bedside manner and banter makes you feel like you're one of the family and you are important!! She truly cares about your results and is expertly trained so that the lidocaine doesn't even burn because she adds an ingredient so it will not burn!! During my ablation on my left side, I literally hardly felt any pain at all!! I felt at ease. If you were looking for a Pain Management group, this is it!!! I recommend this group with my life, and I do not plan on going anywhere else... Well, I am 55 this year and I am truly hoping that they stay here for at least 25+ years!!
