It was easy to get appointment set up on a Saturday. Chad & Tim were knowledgeable. They mounted 3 TVs in less than 2 hours (two are 75 inches). They offer option to tunnel the cables behind walls. Also set up the new TV with soundbar & Apple TV same time. True professional AV installation beyond just mounting and better pricing than BestBuy. Highly recommend. read more

Fantastic service! Would definitely recommend Chad to do any of your media installs. From the second he answered the phone to make the appointment I knew he was the guy. Today was the 3rd time I have used Sound Media. Again outstanding service, professional, knowledgeable, dependable,excellent!!! Chad was on time, went straight to work. Installed a 65"tv and soundbar in 30 minutes. He knows exactly what to do. He programmed the Directv remote to the TV and soundbar. No way I could do it and in less than 30 m. Contacted Chad from Sound Vision Media, Tuesday, February 3, 2026 about swapping out a tv on an existing wall mount. He came the next day and swapped the tv using my existing wall mount. Not only was the job done well, the communication from Chad was excellent. He kept me updated throughout. Let me know what time that he would be on site and even let me know when he was 15 minutes out. Highly recommend! read more

I use this PC every day for work so my primary concern was a quick turn around on the work done. I dropped it off around 9 and it was ready for pickup just about 2 hours later. I don't feel as though the quality of work was reduced either, since the entire machine looks brand new and is running a lot quieter. He was very pleasant to communicate with during and after the services and really helpful with all of my questions. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything which is a huge plus. Just a very friendly and knowledgeable person who actually shows you the pride he takes in his work instead of just telling you about it. I will definitely be going back for all of my PC needs.
