Her receptionist Cindy and her husband are both very professional and helpful. Look elsewhere is my advice.

I have left several phone messages asking for an update which have not been returned. I now have a problem with the functioning of one of my hearing aids, have left phone messages about that problem and have received no return phone call about that problem either. Terrible patient service. And no compassion for someone dependent on these technologies to function in the hearing world.

Today I went to the Niles office and told the receptionist that the left ear is defective. She told me that it would me $400 to send it out for repair and$65 for the office visit. That's ridiculous, what happens then if the right ear hearing aid also malfunctions? Another $465 ? Repairs possibly totaling $925 for both ears? No sir! I'm done with these people! If I'm gonna pay nearly a thousand dollars, out of pocket then I might as well buy new hearing aids with a three year warranty. I went to Costco and ordered a brand new set of hearing aids for $1399, with a 3 year warranty and NO charge for office visits.

She explained the hearing test clearly and in a way I could understand. Turns out my hearing in that left ear has declined further and Dr MacCrae fitted me with. Lyric hearing aid. This thing is amazing. No one can see it and after a few days of wearing it I forgot it was there. The Difference in my hearing is astonishing. I had no idea the difference it would make to have it corrected. I would highly recommend Dr MacCrae and the Hearing Health Center. Dr MacCrae made me feel like family!

very poor follow up post op care…read more my son was given an appointment at 2 pm for a follow up appointment as he was having severe pain in throat shooting up to both ears which caused insomnia we are still waiting in his office at 4.08 pm when enquired in the front desk was offered to reschedule why would some one reschedule , if it is an emergency also the surgery by this doctor itself was postponed by 1 hour due to poor communication from his office to the golf surgical center never came and talked to the family after the surgery instead he sent a nurse who told me everything went well as if she did the surgery surgical care to patients and family has definitely deteriorated in the recent years
