They not only checked my hearing, but took into account my lifestyle needs. I have Starkey hearing aids that connect to an app on my phone. I can adjust them for any situation that arises. For example, I am a church musician and I have a setting in my app memory for church. I am very happy with my hearing aids and the service from Chicagoland hearing. very poor follow up post op care…read more my son was given an appointment at 2 pm for a follow up appointment as he was having severe pain in throat shooting up to both ears which caused insomnia we are still waiting in his office at 4.08 pm when enquired in the front desk was offered to reschedule why would some one reschedule , if it is an emergency also the surgery by this doctor itself was postponed by 1 hour due to poor communication from his office to the golf surgical center never came and talked to the family after the surgery instead he sent a nurse who told me everything went well as if she did the surgery surgical care to patients and family has definitely deteriorated in the recent years

The worst experience I have ever had with hear USA . The audiologist cares less about patients…read moreneeds but just punch in and punch out. I had an appointment on January 12. While I requested to reschedule it to day before because of heavy storm , they denied my request and forced me to come just at the date of appointment . While I was driving, I got a phone call from them saying that they had outage and they can't serve me. I mentioned it to them and if they could have listened to me and change the appointment to day before , I would have time myself to do my own business. And I asked the manager to call me and when she called I asked I will record it because I use caption and she said she doesn't consent to recording and hang up and called police and they kicked me out. No respect and no feeling. It is real sad to say that I hated this service and it would be my last time at this location. The one on Evanston was very nice and respectful. I just had to come to Parkridge because the Evanston office didn't have appointments available
