While I requested to reschedule it to day before because of heavy storm , they denied my request and forced me to come just at the date of appointment . Victoria gave me a very comprehensive hearing test and then set up a demo pair of hearing aids for me to use until they ordeal new pair for me. She set up the app on my phone, showed me how to use it and even asked what I was doing over the weekend and set up the app to make it easier to hear in a noisy restaurant.
