My boyfriend recently signed up for a car wash membership for his truck. He was given the other materials associated with the membership, but for whatever reason, the membership sticker was never placed on the truck. That was not his fault, as the employee who signed him up apparently failed to provide or install it. We had the membership pulled up on his phone, including the license plate information showing that the truck was enrolled. Despite having proof of an active membership, the employee was rude and inconsiderate and refused to allow us through the car wash. Instead, he made us reverse out of the car wash, which was extremely embarrassing and frustrating. I also asked for a phone number or contact information for upper management so that I could address the situation, but the employee refused to provide it. After spending 2 months worth of service about $100.00 on this membership, I expected much better customer service. The way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be canceling the membership. I would not recommend Prestige Car Wash based on the way this issue was handled.

Today was totally different from the usual service I receive. I arrived at 2:20pm for an inspection. As I was walking towards the door, one of the staff members asked me if I was with the guy he was helping in front of me. I said no, and he asked if I was here for an inspection and I said yes. He then sighed and said "I'm gonna be here all night." The sign posted said they do inspections until 4 or 4:30pm, so I was well within an appropriate time frame. I shrugged it off and he said "you can go wait in your car, it's gonna be a while." I waited in my car for all of 15 minutes max (not long at all) before he came up to my window to get my car and bring it back. I rolled down the window and turned to my passenger seat to get my registration that I had placed there and he said, "Sometime this year." I quickly passed it to him and got out of the car. As I was walking towards the building to wait in the shade he called out, "I should've been home an hour ago, I should've been cooking by now." The inspection was completed in a timely manner and I followed him inside to pay. I walked over to the card reader on the table with my card in hand and stepped over to the side. He stood across from me staring for at least 5 seconds before he said, "are you ready?" I responded with, "yes..? I'm waiting for you." There had been nothing programmed on the card reader yet so what was I supposed to do? Overall it was just a very strange interaction that left me feeling like I was burdening him. I have worked with the public for 10 years now and could never imagine speaking to a customer that way, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Unfortunately will not be continuing my business with them.

The trunk was never even opened i could tell because leaves were still in the door jamb of the trunk. The wimdows were hazy and i could barely see through them. The cost of this maybe 2 hour "full detail" was 375 dollars. I call mad mike to tell him about it and he tells me it was because i didnt purchase theur "top detailing package" i asked how much that was. He said another 475. I told him if 375 got me what im looking at now how would another 100 fix that? He had no answer. He offered to "help" me out and make sure i was "happy" but only if i pay another 100 to uograde the package. Hard pass mad mike. He is so obviously, a union stoonad. Probably a mafia guy, who knows. He seemed like the type. I go and talk to a friend at the a.g. office about my experience.
